Don't order online. You still have to wait in the drive thru line...then it wasn't ready. I live 15 minutes away, and they didn't have it ready. THEN...they were missing a sandwitch. Luckedly I checked the bag before I left the window and they saw that I was missing one. Ording online only makes it convenient for them, it doesn't give you any convenience.

The person taking the order wasn't that friendly but the guy at the window definitely made a difference. He was laughing and smiling the whole time, very energetic! Would try this location again!

Ordered a grilled chicken club on a gluten free bun. I asked that they toast the bun and make the sandwich the same as with a regular bun. They mentioned cross contamination and I let them know that It was not an issue. I asked them again to toast the bun and make the sandwich the same as they would with a regular bun. They refused and gave me the ingredients in a box to make the sandwich myself. The bun is separately sealed in a plastic bag. Un-toasted, cold, and no sauce. The fries were cold, stale, and had no salt. This is the first time I have been disappointed in Chick-fil-a anywhere across the country. This store does not deserve to wear the chick-fil-a badge!Dietary restrictions: I have a very good understanding of how my body reacts to gluten. I just wanted the chicken sandwich made the same on a gluten free bun. This restaurant sucks!
Watered down soda, Undercooked fries, and a chicken sandwich so small you would have thought the chicken had just came out of the egg. Now, since they force all of the kids that work there to stand outside with iPads, you don’t have access to a full visible menu. Their outside supervisor, walking around with his hands in his pockets, obnoxiously walks in front of your vehicle seven times while your in line. With his only objective in mind. To stand in the most inconvenient place (usually in front of your car) to get on his phone and text.He stares at you frequently almost as if he is airport security. The hat symbolizing him as a complete authority figure. With the right to slurp on his hidden soda At any given time. The power to do absolutely nothing. From a management perspective this place is hemorrhaging money. From a customer perspective you feel every little bit of that throughout the whole experience. It’ll be “my pleasure” to never come back here.

Chick-fil-A is never let me down. It's always the highest quality food and the absolute best service. No one works harder than Chick-fil-A employees. They are always the most courteous and kind and will always be willing to go out of their way to do something for you. The food is always amazing and fresh. The only disadvantage of eating here is it is a bit more expensive than most of your fast food restaurants, but it is absolutely worth your dollar. It's not your typical fast food. The original chicken sandwiches are always stellar. It's a great place. They totally deserve your business
