The service was horrible the past few times I've been there. One time we came into the bar and sat for 15 minutes without being greeted and there was a bartender there working and no it was not busy. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else after waiting...then the 2nd time the service was so slow and horrible..I've worked in restaurants before myself so I understand being short-staffed but yall weren't busy or short staffed so that's not an excuse. I don't know what the deal is but I've had better experiences before at Chilis but have been highly disappointed these past few times.

i was in the bar and i assume it’s a new manager not sure (he was out of dress code from everyone else in dinning room). he made me really uncomfortable talking to his coworkers how he was. when im trying to eat it’s very rude of him to gossip about other employees.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received. Sat for 15 minutes & asked for a menu when I walked in the door. Never came so I just left. Unreal.
My visit was pretty standard. The only thing that I noticed was that there weren't enough servers. Seemed to take a long time for my food after the seating wait time. Other than that the food was amazing. I had ribs and brisket casadelas. They were amazing. My date had a 6oz. stake and loaded mashed potatoes. Everyone were extremely friendly. For those picky soda peeps like myself, they have a very limited selection. Lots of alcoholic drinks thoughWheelchair accessibility: Multiple wheel chair access onto the sideways around the building and very spacious doors for entry as well

Waited 25min to be greeted after being seated. Waitress took order. Someone else brought drinks. Waited another 20min for food. A different waiter brought the food. Most of it was cold. Was never asked for refills. Never saw the original waitress until she brought the check. Only 1 side of the restaurant was open so it wasn't super busy. Horrible sad experience
