This has to be the worst service at any Cracker Barrel. You walk in get seated about 5 tables with customers and servers looking out kitchen and ignoring customers. I can’t even review the food because we never even tasted the water. We sat for over 10 minutes nothing. Another couple comes walks in a server follows them to table and was quenching their thirst in less than a 2 minutes all while we was stilling waiting to see someone get a cup a water to quench our thirst. Or to even say good afternoon how you doing kiss my a** nothing. Pitiful service at this location. I kinda figured they were more store mannequins trying to look cute than make a dollar. Oh well the place is horrible.

The waitress looked at her phone as she was taking our order, she brought out the wrong tray of food, she charged incorrect pricing for our meals, she never brought us our biscuits!

This is twice in the last 5 weeks and both times service was terrible. Tonight CB wasn't very crowded but again it took way too long to get our food and then it was cold. Bri took it back but she forgot hot sauce and onions twice. My apples weren't cooked even close to CB standards. We were never offered refills. Whoever trains your wait staff is seriously falling down on their job. I've enjoyed this CB ever since in came to Frankfort but it has really slipped.

Very noisy. The music was so loud that we could hardly have a conversation. The acoustics are terrible . It's this was at most Cracker Barrels, but this was probably the worst. I had the stuffed pancakes with cream cheese and strawberries ?Absolutely one of my faves. My husband always has the meatloaf if we are there for dinner. And green beans,hashbrown casserole, apples.

I ordered a meal with 3 sides (upgrade to salad as 3rd side), and my wife ordered breakfast with 3 eggs over medium. After 30+ minutes, our food arrived without a salad and her eggs were scrambled. The waitress said she'd remove the salad from the bill. Most of the food was cold. She brought the ticket and had only removed the salad upgrade charge. So she still charged for 3 sides, but only brought 2. Between the service, food quality, and time, this will probably be the last time we eat at our local Cracker Barrel. Every aspect of this restaurant has declined in the last 3 years. They have a few good servers, but too few to serve a large restaurant.

Food ordered for curbside is never ready on time. Waited 20 minutes & eventually had to go inside. Manager promised a refund which has yet to be processed.Food was mediocre. Chicken breasts are overcooked and macaroni and cheese was soupy and tasteless. Biscuits were hard and flat. Did not receive Strawberry preserves requested.It was especially insulting that the employee who handles the take out order told me she was overwhelmed and I could come inside. I had a tip on my order so I wouldn't have to come inside. My food and drinks were just sitting there & it was not busy at the take out counter.Longtime customer who is evaluating whether I will ever dine here again.This is not good service and this restaurant has been around long enough to not have these kinds of issues

We went on a Sunday at 4 pm. The hostess was not friendly to us or other parties being seated. The restaurant was out of 5-6 items, including chicken & dumplings and coke. Although the restaurant was slow, our food took over 30 minutes to come out for a party of 5. The food was okay, but not great. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Cracker Barrel. I don't normally post bad reviews, but this experience warranted it.
