I keep giving this Dairy Queen a chance thinking it will get better but it keeps getting worse every time I go. The lady who took my order acted like we were a bother to her but that’s the typical Frankfort attitude because it’s like that most places. They ended up getting our order wrong…. again. They also dumped salt on top of the biscuit and gravy. I took 1 bite and puked. Will never be back.

Went thru drive thru. CC did not listen to order and when I asked her she completely disregarded my question closed the window to return with two cones of ice milk in a cup turned upside down. Never seen ice cream from DQ melted like that. As we pulled off she was handing out treats to her friends out the drive thru window. Customer service is everything, poor representation of your business can ruin you. Do Better!

They don’t clean their water filter and ice machine. Mold floating in my cup of water that I was charged for (how my slushy less than a cup of water?) . BLACK MOLD AT THAT which is dangerous and can kill you. I understand they are there to collect a pay check but please clean the machine cause that’s just nasty. Don’t be nasty. Sadly My Red slush was already melted when given to me, I see why they don’t flip that over. ? Work ethic is poor. Disappointed.

Sent my husband to get me chocolate vanilla swirl with dip shell in a cup. They claimed they didn't have chocolate vanilla swirl, fine okay. But then they claimed they couldn't do the dip in a cup and gave me a cone. So when my husband said he didn't want it, they wouldn't let him get it because they had already made it. So now it's in the garbage because I don't eat cone. And his order was supposed to be vanilla soft serve in a cone, and they gave him vanilla soft serve in a cup with hot fudge.

Spent a good 10 minutes in drive thru and was the only car there. After ordering our food and going to the window, they weren't able to use my app coupon. Turns out they were only 2 workers and a line of people in the lobby. They tried their best and we appreciate that. The manager gave us a stack of physical coupons back and an apology for the long wait. The blizzard I got was literally the "BEST I've ever had" lol. This has always been our favorite DQ to go to. This was a nice treat to a much needed break from days of nonstop homework❤️I would've submitted a pic but I inhaled it haha!

I work near this restaurant and over the past 7 years I have done my best to quit coming here. I have never ever came to this Dairy Queen and had a great experience, they take forever. I have always and I mean every single visit been asked to pull forward or park in another spot and they take 15 minutes to bring out your food. If you’re in a hurry do not come here

It takes way too long to get your food the second shift people are so rude and mean you never get your order they rip u off ur change and the food is always over or under cooked on the night shift
Stopped in after work at 9:00 to grab dinner since they don’t close until 10:00. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes they just turned off all the lights in the drive through while still servicing curbside orders and people in the restaurant.

I have one thing to say…go to Zaxby’s. DQ will no longer ‘give’ you dipping sauce of any kind with your chicken tenders. Which is what we usually order. Gravy is part of the basket. But say you want honey mustard… add on 69 cents plus tax for the cup of sauce. If that’s not unreasonable to you, then carry on. I think the chicken tenders are delicious too. My opinion on that has not changed
