Went to this store and they repeated my order back to me as I ordered. Wanted extra crispy, got barely cook. Wanted Mac n cheese and fries and got Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The drink even sucks. I won’t go to this store ever again. These people

All day I was craving fried chicken. So, I decided to eat some at kfc. Go to order and they say it’s a 20 to 30 minute wait. Then was told it would be a 5 minute wait for what I did order. Then sat there for 15. If I knew that I would’ve gotten what I wanted. Just super confused on what kfc is known for if it’s not fried chicken. Just super disappointed. Don’t get me wrong I ordered something else but this kinda makes it to where I will never go to that location again.
Chicken was amazing sides were great drinks sucked. I don't drink Pepsi products so I asked for unsweetened iced tea. Very little ice in the cup so my tea was room temp and when I asked for sweetener they had none because the boss(head manager) would let them order it. So if you like tea but need unsweetened with equal or sweet and low, take your own because they don't supply it.

Well let down again by KFC west side. Was excited about getting the $20 fill up box, but everything tastes the same even the biscuits, and the fries were so salty you couldn't even tell what you were eating other than salt. Would love to have my money back but I know that's impossible these days. I will just eat elsewhere.

The place was so clean we thought they had just remodeled.
A few nights ago, my husband and I had ran errands all day and were late getting home. We decided to stop at KFC. It was around 9pm. We had checked online prior to driving there to make sure they were open. Since they were open for another hour, we decided to run through the drive through. Two staff members, one wearing a headset were sitting on the ground towards the back. My window was down and my husband heard the staff members complain about us. Not specific, but just general grumbling about customers showing up. They didn't bother to go inside, and I'm guessing because of the distance from the headset to the store- we couldn't understand them. After telling them three times that we couldn't hear them through the speaker and the person not bothering to go inside- we just left. This has not been the first time we've experienced poor service here in the evening hours. The daytime staff at this location are great, but their evening customer service leaves much to be desired.*Not five stars. I only selected 1 but for some reason it's changed it to 5**

Nasty! The coolers and freezers smell like raw eggs, the have roaches and hepatitis! The Frankfort health dept has records of customers who they infected. They are disgusting the way they prepare food without washing hands which you can see and watch this for yourself on the line. They are not worried about the food they serve they are too worried about taking it home with them and stealing it all. Go to the East side!!

Awful food and awful staff. The 2 managers are married and think they can run it like a family shop every employee is related or dating but it is a KfC corporation store. If you bums want your own restaurant go to school or find something to help you but you are basic employees for a company that will replace you in a heartbeat.. Frankfort deserves better! Drove to shelbyville for some good KfC!!

Amazing Adventures with HK & Jackie
After getting off of work and getting home, we sent our son to KFC last night to go get the new nuggets at about 9pm. When he got there, he was told there’s only 12 nuggets left and they had already turned off the fryers and they would not be turning them back on. We were attempting to order 1 family pack of 36 and another 12pc. What in the world is the point of the posted hours at 10pm when you’re not gonna serve anyone an hour before that??? Ridiculous.
