This is probably the best Chicken I have ate in years. Fresh, hot and yes cooked just right. I have visited several and was getting away from KFC but this place has some good chicken and staff was very welcoming. Keep up the great work team.

If I could Rate a zero on tonight's service I would. They don't have anyone on front counter, everyone looked at us but it took 10 minutes to even get waited on. When they did she was rude and didn't want to be bothered by our questions. It would be my last visit for sure.

Great Gertie's Nightgown, what on earth has happened to KFC? I went of 12/31 to give their $20 fill-up a try. Unless you live within WALKING DISTANCE, don't bother with this. My fried chicken look like it had been fried the week before. The "nuggets" (or whatever you want to call them) were tasteless and cold. The biscuits were nice and hot, which I appreciated. I had one large drink. This all came to right about $25. Fast food used to be affordable. Now, you'd be better served to add on just a few dollars more and go out to eat at a decent restaurant.

I wouldn't even give the quality of my food one star. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the 3 PC meal Crispy. I got 3 mangled pieces of chicken that were inedible. I get the potatoes are instant . But they were disgusting and dried out . The coleslaw was just ok. I won't be returning . I really wish I could post the picture I took of the food?

Very disappointed in East side KFC, tried to go back and get them correct scorched Mac and cheese and the lobby was already locked before 7:30pm. Tried calling to talk with someone the phone ran up until the point someone took it off the hook where you only get an error tone when calling. Would have waited in drive through but already did that earlier waiting to get my order when I was only 3 cars from the person ordering and at this point there was over seven. Update got the back home to finally eat my now cold food and the only put one chicken breast in the 12 piece bucket…,

Placed an online order at Sat. 9pm, arrived 9:20. All exterior lights were off even drive thru.Went to the window because Prepaid $32. They said they were out of chicken and sides. She said they didn't know how cancel the order or how to do a refund.They're hours are suppose to be until 10pm, not the case.
