Hubs feeling puny & Covid test kits we had at home were expired, so off I go to Kroger to pick up some things for dinner and a new test kit. Got home, he opened the test & used it. Sure enough, got a positive result. Next morning I head back to Kroger for a couple more test kits so we can test him a couple more times & me, too. When I get home, I notice the kit he had opened & used, that I had bought off the Kroger pharmacy shelf the DAY BEFORE, had expired 4 months ago. So I pulled out the two new kits I had purchased in the same Kroger pharmacy not 2 hours earlier and found they WERE ALSO EXPIRED!!! Again, expired for FOUR MONTHS!!! Seriously? Expired tests on the shelf for purchase? What in the world are they thinking??? I took the two unopened kits back right away and the Customer Service rep was happy to refund my money, but really? Is this any way to run a pharmacy? Im shocked.

I'm at Kroger on a Monday evening after work to get groceries for the week. However, they only have 4 registers open for service, along with the self checkouts open. I have a cart load of groceries, have worked all day and don't plan to check myself out. I have been in line for 10 minutes and two cart loads in front of me. Please don't become Wal-mart, because that is why I stopped going there two years ago. (POOR to NO SERVICE) People does not want to work all day and come and check themselves out; unless it's a few items and self checkout is for the convenience.

When iam in a regular line not come over an make me feel like I have to use your self checkout I not like them I not feel like I should be put in a place I not like so next time some one says they not like something then just live them ago not make them feel as they have to use your self checkout

I literally come here 3 or 4 times a week. Some days are just days. I love the days when the pharmacy department is so helpful and everyone has a smile. Then I grab my items abs head to the self checkout, which I love, and the lady there cuts up with you and even with the masks on we both exchange smiles and holiday greetings. She doesn't know my pain this time of year and she made this day a little brighter!

Worst pharmacy wait ever. Go somewhere else, especially if you're sick. Waited in line twice and still not ready as promised.

The store was recently renovated. I can always easily find everything that I'm looking for. I'm a big fan of the sushi that they have, it's always very good and fresh. They have a self checkout area next to the sushi and deli area, which is very convenient!

My family and I come here multiple times a month, we also do the pickup. I have never seen this store being unhygienic, even the bathrooms. There are plenty of staff around if you need help with anything. The staff are always nice, we've never seen a rude one.

I needed a bit of some gas before getting back to Louisville and some chips for a party! It's set up like any other Kroger and I had no trouble finding what I needed.Staff members are all over and I felt confident that if I needed help, I could ask someone.Self checkout was quick!I do like that the parking lot is huge and that they've got spaces up front for those who have come to pick up what they've ordered on the Kroger app. Very cool!

We stopped in here to grab coffee on our way back to South Carolina. My husband got coffee and I wandered over to the hot food display where the sight of thick, juicy slabs of beef brisket got me all excited. I bought half a pound...oh my! It was the BEST brisket we've ever had! Yes, I shared it with beloved, and he all but inhaled it, saying, "this is like Mommy food!" Moist, tender, juicy, filled with flavor. This will be our favorite grocery store in Kentucky!

All pomegranates were moldy set to expire today. Insanely disappointed by lack of quality.

Usually not very crowded. Good selection. Great prices.
