We order just 2 drinks and the staff got us confused with a "difficult" customer and forced us to wait over 10 min in the drive thu for just a sprite and coke. Thier excuse was they thought we were the difficult customer. So they decided to punish us while 4 workers sat in front the window laughing and joking. This is incredibly uncalled for and unprofessional of them. The time we were there was aprox 8:40 on Sunday night. On March 3rd. I'd appreciate it of the manager looked into the matter and fired the idiots at the window.

So I tried not to do this but after numerous attempts to call in and being sent to voicemail and hung up on. Here it is ..This is not a good look for any business, let alone a food giant like this.Answer the phone no matter what. Now on to the food..You guys have to have one or if not the worst bagel in the food game. Dry and harder than a 90 year old man on viagra. What the hell guys.Then when I order a McGriddle, you give me this trash?????Time to readdress your whole bagel crisis because it sucks. Trash can approved. Just take that trash off the menu and do us a favor. Smh get it together y’all.

The WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. We've given them I don't know how many chances to do better, but I've NEVER and I mean NEVER had an order that was right. Not ONCE! Food is ALWAYS missing, they are rude when you point it out, and then they won't fix it. Tonight 1 of our burgers was missing and 2 of our apple pies. Our food was also cold, but they told us it was our fault our food was cold because their app was messed up so we should've known that...it wasn't messed up from our end so how would we have known? Get home, foods missing, go back and tell them, they say they can't fix it until their manager comes back and she just went on her 30 min break...wtaf?! From now on we will only go to the other side of towns McDonald's. I'm tired of paying for overpriced food that we never receive and bad customer service. The thing is, most times we don't even go to get our missing food or complain, we just let it go. They are making a killing off of stolen food from customers. No wonder McDonald's is going downhill. They hire terrible employees.
