No offense to the local panera, the service is fine normally but this negative review is because the company as a whole wiped out its great menu and replaced it with garbage. There was nothing wrong with how it is before and I will not return unless they bring back the old menu items.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a zero choice. Waited way over over an hour, for 2 sandwiches which were not made to order. Then, had to wait again for the remaking. Wanted to get a quick simple lunch and be on our way. Thought this was the practical choice. Was that ever wrong. Terrible experience. We weren't the only ones who were upset that day. I didn't see any customers who were happy. People were actually pacing around the pickup counter or kept going back to inquire about their orders. Tables with multiple customers received their food at greatly varying times which meant they did not eat together. Some ate sooner and finished while others in their party waited for their food. Some just ended up having to take their food with them. Overall the worst experience eating out I have ever had. There are not many vegan or vegetarian options. In order to get something halfway there, it has to be created. This is something you would think Panera Bread would take into consideration when putting together their menu.Vegetarian options: Not really good for vegans or vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: Need to realize there are people who cannot eat eggs or dairy. It's difficult to find anything made without them. And even if you ask it to be left off, they still add it.

We ordered on the kiosk bc there was nobody around to take our order. I ordered a green tea and reached for a cup on the counter. First mistake. A woman screamed at me bc they get in trouble if they hand out cups. However the manager was outside in the courtyard hacking a cigarette and used her shoe to put it out before walking back inside. Food was certainly not what we get in IL and the green tea was empty. Salad was not edible since it was floating in dressing and the kiosk did not allow that request. Next time you are traveling through, avoid Panera.

Good coffee. Good iced tea. Perfectly toasted Asiago cheese bagel. A quiet place to catch up on the news.
Arrived at 10:30AM yesterday 2/6/2024. They had NO bagels or sandwich bread. I was told they were sold out and would not be baking anymore that day. 10:30 IN THE MORNING. If I wanted to eat something they had salads and soup. I had to drive 60 miles round trip to get a empty shopping bag.

Food and service was good. The price is too much for the portion size. Asking for a tip is odd because they don't provide any table side services.
1st time ever going and won't be the last! The broccoli cheese soup really was AMAZING! I went to meet a sister I never knew I had and we had a great time. Beautiful and clean on the inside. Fast service and the cashier was super sweet.

This is what $6.59 gets you at this place. A cold sandwich with hard as a rock, leftover bacon crumbles they gathered up from the bottom of the bin. There’s absolutely no excuse for this. This is just wrong.

I purchased a pick two for carry out and when I got home the sandwich was not in the bag. I was pressed for time and I did not look before I left. I went back later and I was given the sandwich. It was an inconvenient.

Drive thru was closed because they were short staffed. They had 3 food peeps working yet they were all slow as could be. Cashier wasn't polite, no eye contact and no thank you.

This is the first Panera, that I have been to, that has a coffee machine, that grinds fresh coffee beans as you order it, it's a test location but I think it's in the right direction, you can definitely taste the difference!!! good work Panera, keep on improving and hopefully expand it to all your stores!!!
