First time trying this chain, the food was flavorless. I definitely think Chipotle has the flavor. The customer service was horrible, I felt rushed in the line, like i was bothering them. It wasn't even busy. They didn't know what were ingredients in their cheese sauce. I needed to know that it did not contain yeast extract. I was told by manager to look it up online. No one was friendly, they don't greet you, just Stand there waiting for you to speak to them. I guess I'm just use to good customer service where I'm from. They were Like robots.

This has to be worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant let alone a Qdoba. I've seen many restaurants struggle to keep up with orders due to lack of staff, however, that's not the issue here. This place has at least 4 people working at one yet they're always out of things and struggle to keep up even though they know they'll have a rush during lunch time. In spite of experiencing the same rush over and over again they refuse to prepare better for lunch time. They're consistently out of common items like Guacamole and Fajita veggies. You place the order and it's not ready even after 30 minutes of wait time. You go there and you see the employees have that deer in headlights look on their faces.I have ordered at least 10 times at this place over the last few months for them to consistently mess up my order and having had to wait there for an extra 15 minutes in spite of giving them a 30 minutes heads up for my online order. It's extremely frustrating to come to this place every few days only to see no changes being made except for a couple of lazy bums being replaced with even lazier bums.The worst restaurant in Frankfort. Don't waste your time with this place.Vegetarian options: I ordered vegetarian food but the employee had mixed in beef with my order. It's a shame that you guys do this to your customers.

We used the app and picked our food up. The biggest burrito was half the size that they used to be and every other burrito was fifty percent smaller in length and thickness. I doubt I will be back.

The Red Rocker
$33 and 30 miles away!!! Drove all the way from Shelbyville, KY. Paid for our food, got ALL THE WAY home to see, my bowl had no cilantro, was supposed to have half/half rice only had white rice (no cilantro again) and had very little onions and a few pieces of chicken. AFTER DRIVING THE 30 MILES BACK, the cashier argued about putting more chicken on and we are currently fighting for a basic refund... never will eat here again

Decent food, service was a little slow the cashier had my food in front of her and was talking to the other girl still not bad for fresh food tho. The one worker fixed her man some food and they leaned over the glass to french kiss. Seems like the management is lacking in the place, I have had worse experiences in other restaurants tho. Worth going too
Sunday, November 19th, 2023-12:50 p.m.I paid 14 dollars for a brisket burrito bowl and a flour tortilla shell on the side. Pretty much all the ingredients they put in a bowl we're on the lite-side. The rice and beans were light which is a shame because it's the base of the meal and the cheapest ingredients in the bowl. Not such a big deal but, still a bummer, is that they did not have the pickled onions. The real reason for my review though, is the brisket. I watched the guy scraped dried remnants out of the container and put it in my food. It was woefully under proportioned, especially for what I was paying. I even mentioned to the next person behind the counter about the lack of it and the quality of it and she just smiled like I was joking.
Ordered 3 chicken burritos and a burrito bowl. The portions are like 1/3 what they used to be. I got maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Not sure this is worth $10+ dollars.

It's busy during lunch and the staff don't always get a chance to wipe down tables before more patrons need to sit, so keep that in the proper perspective. The food is delicious! I love Qdoba!

The guy who was making burritos was eating behind the counter before and after serving us. He wore the same pair of gloves and did multiple things beyond the counter touching many things and went back to make more burritos without changing gloves.
