Went through tonight for a burger. The guy taking my order was extremely rude. Got the garlic bacon burger. They did not grill my onions, i also asked for pickles to be added on it and they didn’t do that. Got a side of chili cheese tots, they had no cheese in them. I don’t recommend, service has gone way down.

The food is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes it’s delicious, other times it tastes as though it’s been sitting a while or the fries and tots were cooked in old grease. But, I’ve never had one bad experience with their ice cream at this location other than sometimes later in the night they close the ice cream machines down early making it unavailable after 10 or 11 pm.

There's just nothing like a Sonic footlong chili-cheese coney. The real banana shake with whipped cream really hit the spot. I really miss the carhops on roller skates leaving trays on your window.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with no cheese sauce and no sausage double checked to make sure they heard that part. Got down the road and opened it and it was a regular burrito with no changes. Went back to get it fixed and asked them to give me a LG root beer for having to drive back and fix the order. They were rude about the whole situation and told me to pull forward just shut the window in my face. When they finally brought it to me they gave me a small drink. Pitiful customer service. I will not be back.

The Frankfort Sonic is disappointing compared to the one in Middletown by the standards given. The call was "what can I get you?" Instead of "Welcome to Sonic, what can I get you today". The tots were older and dry, the Coney had minimal toppings along with semi-dry bun. We'll pass by on this one from now on.
