This place has taken a sharp turn to awful. No wait staff, only an order kiosk that is terrible to navigate. The restroom was disgusting and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in days. Our food was left on the counter, and our name was called, but they forgot an item, and no one was around to get it I had to yell for an employee to retrieve forgotten items. This one-time 50's dinner themed restaurant is now just a poorly designed cafeteria.
Not happy at all with just having kiosks. Very impersonal now. Ordered combo with coke and milkshake. Knocked off my coke. Didn't know it until I tried to get my coke and couldn't get it. Hey people. You aren't as busy as you use to be. Maybe you should get your waitresses back.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 shakes and a five way chili.When I got home I got the chili out of the bag and started to eat it.After a few bites I realized there was not 1,not 2 but 3 different strains of hair in the chili.With discuss I just trashed it.Horrible
