Placed three to go orders in the last month, each order same issue. Toasted food is cold and a lack of quantity when they make your sandwich. Skimping on meat to where you feel like you’re just eating bread.

Warning to app users: This location doesn’t follow the app instructions or guidelines. Didn’t bring my order out at all after 10min of it being ready and me confirming I was there. Once I walked in they were all standing around not doing anything as no other customers were in line. I was told by the owner that I was supposed to pick up in the drive thru when that was not what I selected nor what the app said. My sandwich was incorrect, missing toppings and not cut in half as requested. Customer service was very poor and they refuse to participate in deals or sales.All other subways follow the app as instructed.
I love subway, regardless of the service sometimes being a little out of place with their bad attitudes they make and deliver a great sandwich.

They don't accept coupons. Today was get a free sub between 10a-12p. They refused to participate. Both subways located on Versailles rd refused. They weren't nice about it either.

I needed an alternative to BBQ for a graduation gathering and a neighbor mentioned Subway. I reluctantly made the call and found Gina was extremely helpful over the phone, so I decided to stop over and discuss my needs in person. I have not been in a Subway store in a long time and I was amazed at how clean and tidy this store was!! This made me feel better about my choice and Gina gave me a menu to view as she helped others. Once I decided on what i wanted, Gina was great at helping close the deal!! I picked up my order a few days later and it was exactly what I ordered. It was neatly packaged and everything looked like it had been made with care. I was extremely impressed!! I HIGHLY recommend this store (other area stores never answered the phone) as it exceeded my expectations. Subway made my gathering great!

I've been to this location a few times. Who I believe to be the owner is never friendly, but have never had any major issues. Today, I went by the drive thru and he said one minute. I waited 2-3 minutes and he proceeded to cough several times into the microphone. Didn't say excuse me or anything. I thought to ask if he had a mask on or washed his hands, but he still wasn't ready to take the order so I drove off. ? I won't go back.
