I placed a large order online and there was a mixup with the system. The food ended up being ready 4 hours early and wouldn’t be good anymore by the time I got it. Thank goodness for Kim and her team for eating the cost of the tacos and making me a new order later in the evening! Saved me a ton of money and a lot of hassle. Truly professional, and better service than you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

This is undoubtedly the worst experience ever, and the customer service has been dreadful. The management insisted that it was not their error when my wife's food contained human hair, and when we attempted to obtain a refund, they made it extremely difficult. Due to the fact that my wife is 18 weeks pregnant, we frequently visit Taco Bell to satisfy her desires, but we will never return to this location.

So disappointed in this place, I ordered some nacho fries literally they were regular fries with no nacho seasoning. I went and told them and they still gave me other ones the same way, so what’s the point of them called nacho fries when they don’t even taste like nachos I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s that actually make them nacho fries!!

Will never be back here. Congealed disgusting and cold (probably old) Mexican pizza, asked for creamy jalapeno and NO TOMATOES, found a huge chunk of one on it and no creamy jalapeno of course. My chalupas were sad and cold, took only 2 minutes to get home so I know these were not fresh. Do better taco bell and thanks for wasting my money. ??????????
Ordered double decker tacos and the guy taking my order said they didn't have them. I went across town to other Taco Bell and ordered them. If they have taco shells and soft taco shells they can make them plus I just saw it advertised that they brought them back. I've had a lot of problems with this location and won't go back. It's worth it to drive further to a different location.

To start, I waited 5 min to even be spoken to inside the restraunt being the only person in line inside the restraunt. THEN it took over 10 MINUTES for them to get me ONE Baja freeze. I didn't even order food. The people behind me in line were getting their food before my ONE SINGLE FREEZE. The drive thru orders were being taken at a MUCH higher priority than the inside. Mind you I know places are short staffed but I was the ONLY person inside when I arrived and there was only TWO people in the drive thru. I opted to come inside as I was only getting a drink. Big mistake. Then the manager proceeded to come after me SUPER RUDE, "ma'am what seems to be the problem" very snarky and rude in tone. When I proceeded to explain I've waited 10 min for a drink she just shrugged said "sorry, bye bye now have a nice day"WILD
