Its not "open 24 hours". Everything looked like subway in the middle of a day. Lights on,veggies ,sauces, fresh bread etc. Just the lady didnt wanna work and said we are closed!

If you don't get the burnt rotisserie chicken, you get charged Xtra for the real chicken 10$ 6 in sub... with nothing extra... No drink, chips, just the sandwich..

Me and My Wife got sandwiches..and the lady made them pretty much empty. I have been going to Subway for years OTR and these were the most expensive sandwiches that contained a sprinkle of everything but PLENTY of Bread. Like she eas saving the meat for herself. Funny thing was the two guys before us was done the same way. One guy kept asking her to put some more toppings on and she seemed a bit frustrated for it. Never again at this One 9.Manager was nice and settled my complaint tho...

They don't have seating capacity as it's part of a gas station, to-go orders only.As of today's morning the food is fresh, the staff is friendly.

Just can't give it more than 1 star given they simply just put a small handwritten sign up that said "Closed. We ran out of bread."A. How does Subway run out of bread?B. Wouldn't you think the staff at the Pilot gas station it was in come over and tell the people standing around?

today at 09/02/23 at 19:17 I was lucky enough to visit this Subway and order two of the most ordinary breads and two cheeses with extra time in the microwave. and for that they stole 16.94 from me. I think I would have eaten in any other institution more than two breads and cheese. I don't think it's worth it to come here and buy something here!

One of the best Subway tried in USA. Nice experience overall! Nancy (staff) was so good and very friendly...

Long lines and understandably it being peek travel for the holidays. Employees apparently having problems with each other. They ask if you want to double cheese or meat but for a footlong my veggies was a sprinkle of lettuce and 3 tomatoes. Employees also making my sandwich into a combo cause they thought it would be better. I know its hard getting people to work at thos time so I did not speak my problems cause well we all need to be more understanding and patience. Those making the sandwich make sure we get what we pay for. Thank you ?

Stopped for dinner while on a road trip to Indiana at 7:15pm and was refused service and told they were closing. Told to drive another 10 miles to another Subway because the staff "needed a break".

The best food. Best service. The cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time. It truly deserves 5 stars!

sandwich. Food was ok.The sandwich artist put too much sauce on our food. I asked for one small line for both sandwiches. She put three big lines of sauce. Did not listen to what I said at all. It overpowered the food. I could barely taste the food. Way to much sauce. If the employee is not going to listen to the customer, why even ask what I want? Now I do realize some people like that much sauce, however I do not. I like to be able to taste the food. It is like she knew something in the sandwich was bad so she just smothered it so I could not tell....just makes me wonder if my food is maybe spoiled.....I was very disappointed, next time if this happens again I will have no choice but to refuse the food order and go elsewhere.
