This is honestly where I go on the good and the bad days! Have a bad day at work go to cat cafe. Wanna have a good time with your friends go to the cat Café. The staff is incredibly friendly. The drinks are always fantastic. And who doesn’t wanna hang out with a bunch of cats?

I loved coming here and seeing all of the cats. We ordered drinks when we arrived and they were very good. They also have a lot of cute merchandise for sale. My only complaint is that we reserved time online because we were told it’s appointment only and the only option it gave was for an hour session at $12 per person. Once we arrived they had a menu with 30 mins sessions for $6 per person. We didn’t end up staying the whole hour so I wish we could have just booked the 30 mins originally. They had toys for us to play with the cats and the set up was very open.

We passed through on the way back home to Wisconsin and couldn’t have asked for a better (or more fun) stop to stretch our legs! It was therapeutic to play with the kitties and get some drinks and awesome merch. The staff were very friendly. The facility is very clean. The cats were just adorable and fun to play with. Highly recommend this stop for adults and older kids/teens.

The place itself is really nice and the cats look very well taken car of and its clean. The drinks we got were good and the lady helping us was nice.HOWEVER, they really need to figure out better time blocks for reservations. I reserved the room a week in advance thinking it would just be us, hence the reservation, and not even ten minutes into our reservation they let people with little kids in who started screaming and scaring the cats away. So we left very early. Highly recommend changing the time blocks to shorter times like 15-30 minutes instead. I brought my friend here for his birthday to hang out with the cats and we didnt really get to enjoy it for very long because they just let other people in even though I had reserved it. At that point its almost not even worth reserving, just walk in. Unfortunately disappointed with this experience considering seeing the cats for the little time we got was nice.

My best friend came to see the cats for her birthday and we fell in love with the sweet kitties! They were so well cared for and playful. I wish I could adopt them all. Lemonade is delicious as well ?.

Definitely recommend stopping by here if you have a love for cats. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. This is a cat cafe and they foster the cats here til they can find a forever home. We stopped here August 12th, 2023 and there was a cat there named Alvin that was the star of the show. Very vibrant and entertaining.Kid-friendliness: Good environment for kids and a good way to help find a purrfect cat for your child/children as you can interact with and inquire about the cats prior to adoption

I love this cafe, I'm a frequent visitor. The employees are usually nice however I noticed a new woman working there that is extremely unpleasant. She has dark hair and speaks in a monotone voice, she gives off a very snobby and arrogant vibe. Definitely didn't feel comfortable around her. She says very strange, off putting things and inserts herself into other people's conversations without invitation. I will be back because I love the environment and the cats here however it'll have to be on a day that she doesn't work. Despite that, the cats are always a pleasure to be around. Drinks were pretty good, the place was clean, warm and inviting.Edited reply:Thought I would give a bit more information with my experience. The dark haired employee I dealt with was rude and would make snide and snarky remarks. She would also make a point to repeat them whenever we were near. I noticed that she only acted this way towards us and none of the other people. I hate it to be the one to say it but I wouldn't be surprised if it was because we are foreigners and most of the other customers were white. She would also intervene with personal conversations I'm having with someone else, completely misunderstanding what we are talking about, and giving us strange looks when we politely corrected her. I've been here over ten times, never had this issue with any of the other employees.I brought a child in with me and it was uncomfortable to have to listen to this woman go on about how she believes each cat has intense trauma. In one instance she even said she theorizes how one cats parents were brutally runover and killed. That is what I meant she says strange and offputting things that made most people in the room uncomfortable.I don't think leaving a review about my uncomfortable experience with this employee should be met with such defensiveness and condescension.  Looking at your replies to other to other critical reviews certainly sheds light on the "holier than thou" and "I refuse to take accountability" victim mindset. At the end of the day, her actions made me and a younger one very uncomfortable, anxious and on edge. She only treated us this way and was indifferent to the other customers. Again, we are foreign and all the other people present were white. It did feel like some kind of micro aggression.Having any kind of developmental disorder does not excuse everything you do in life that may upset others, especially if you are a fully grown adult. Making unnecessary, rude comments about paying customers and giving them weird looks throughout the hour can't be excused with "they may have a disability."That's a very childish excuse.Your unsympathetic reply was definitely an eye opener, thanks for that!I will be sure to redirect my money and any friends and family to the cat cafe in Ohio. Hopefully I will not be met with such hostility and casual racism as I did here.Best of luck to your new employee. Hope she can find some help for her behavior.

Other than the fact my daughter tries to bring home a cat every time we visit, I love this place! And their drinks are amazing!

This is a great family environment and is a wonderful place to take your kids. The cats are wonderful of course and the food and drink at the bar makes the experience even more worth it
