As with any McAlister's location, the food is fine but not spectacular. But this is still a 5-star location becuase it is consistently clean and has very friendly, personable staff.

So many great and healthy options! I love all of the locations I have visited. Jalapeno turkey crunch is my favorite with a side salad and chili lime vinaigrette!

Always amazing! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and phenomenal!! Side note, I always enjoy the oldies music in the dining room. Such a comforting atmosphere. We love our local McAllisters! Oh and one more thing... If you're reading this, RUN and get that Mardi Gras cookie! It's like a Snickerdoodle with cream cheese filling. Best cookie I've had in a long time.

Got a savannah salad and a southwest salad to go. Both were prepared quickly and the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Definitely coming back to get sandwiches on the next trip.
They are helpful when asking questions you don't feel rushed to order. You get alot of food and you're not hungry 30 minutes later.

The main problem for me is food is inconsistent. Some days it's delicious with generous portions, other times slim portions and not made well.

This was a disappointment for us. We absolutely LOVE eating at McAllister's. One of those reasons is the consistently great tea! It's the best....always. Until today. The tea was cloudy but mostly it was weak!I saw the advertisement for the new grain bowls and it sounded awesome so I ordered it- nope...they were out of the grains. I ordered my favorites instead- Jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich and Fire Roasted Veggie soup. My husband ordered his usual- Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Smoky Pepperjack Turkey sandwich. Our food seemed to take forever to come out and the restaurant wasn't very crowded at all. When it did come out, the server was very polite. The food was hot and that part was the norm we've come to expect. My husband's plate was pretty much normal except it had a tiny pickle and just a few tortilla chips (normally a plate full). Mine was normal. The taste of the food was very good, as usual so that's good.
