They say first lmpressions matter. My wife and I are from Arkansas. We were staying in Georgetown for a few days. On our first night we thought we would try O'Charley's. What a mistake. We stood at the greeter's stand for 10 minutes without anyone speaking to us. And they definitely were not busy, I saw 2 occupied tables. Since it seemed so rude, we left, and will never return.

Was hoping that O Charley's in Georgetown would have hit the spot. Boy was I wrong. Ordered my usual Louisiana Sorloin and it came out burnt to a crisp. The manager there needs a lesson or two taught to him on customer service.

I went with family and each one of us had some issue. Steak was burnt and tough, campfire potatoes weren't done, tough, and came out barely warm, I got the Cajun chicken pasta and it barely had any seasoning so I was pretty much eating buttered noodles with some pepper. The waitress was good apart from taking forever to refill our drinks. So then when we let the manager know, he took the steak off and offered us all desserts...which would've been superb except when looking at the final bill, he charged us for all the desserts.

How many! This is how we were greeted. How about hello, welcome in. How many are in your party this evening. Once seated, drink order taken, 2 water, 1 coffee. Coffee was being brewed fresh she said, Once it arrived the coffee was lukewarm and just resembled colored water as you could see through it to the bottom of the cup. In comes another patron, he waits about 5-7 min at the hostess stand and was never approached for seating. He eventually left. Our food order was taken. Food arrived “we were warned of extremely hot plates”. However the food was not , how can this be? Rice pilaf was clumpy/sticky not warm at all. Loaded Baked potato appeared to be microwaved, inside of the potato was cold. Ribs were heavily sauced but could not split them apart with a fork. It’s now 8:40pm. During the entire time there was never more than 20 people in the establishment. There was an average of 5 patrons per waitress, no manager presence to see how things are going until i requested the manager to the table. Manager said i don’t expect you to pay for this after i brought it to her attention, my concern is why would your kitchen and waitresses think it was ok to serve this to anyone. The manager did offer to make us other meals. I could not take that chance.

Underwhelming. Took a chance and ordered online from viewing their menu on their website. Chicken tenders looked too good to pass up. Head to the restaurant to pick up my order, took an extra 10 minutes once I got there after my "your order is ready" time to give them a couple extra minutes. Server said food was finishing up and being bagged. Not sure what finishing up was needed for food that wasn't in any way fresh. Fries were soggy like they've been sitting out and tenders, although well seasoned, were tough to bite through. Mac & Cheese was all Mac, no cheese. Not worth the $18 spent on a tender platter. Won't be hesitating to veer people when they ask about eating there. Another note, during lunch hour there were about 4 cars parked in the 50+ parking lot dedicated to the restaurant, should've been my first clue but thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt.

The service was really slow took almost a half hour for them to even get out drink order they were slow then it took almost a 15 to even get our drinks then people still did not get there drink then we sat for almost another 30 min to even get our food

Ate with a party of 11 ladies. 5 orders arrived incorrectly. Fries were cold. Took forever. Only noticed 2 servers in whole restaurant. Fries and chicken tenders tasted like fried in old grease.Dietary restrictions: They did have a gluten free item book

My mother, sister and I ordered the same thing. Roasted potatoe loaded soup. ???it looked like snotty mustard! I wish I could have uploaded the video. I was literally mesmerized and played with it for any 10 minutes. We have no idea what it wa.. but it certainly was not any potato soup we've ever seen..and the taste...we've discussed it.. and we agreed... we can't identify what it tasted like.. and it tasted really funky... almost a mixture of broccoli cheddar with pieces of potato...with an unusual after taste that lingers...We were not charged

My wife recently became homebound due to injury, but O'Charlies has always been her favorite place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I ordered to go: chops and ribs, breaded catfish, meatball app, shrimp and crab app, and chocolate pie. I walked in about 1:00pm and only 2 tables had customers. It took 20 min. For a server to notice me. 40 min. after placing my order I was on my way. Upon opening my order and presenting it to my wife, I only managed to get an E for Effort. The crab had a week old dead fish smell, the asparagus was hard enough to drive nails, the catfish was extremely greasy, the meatballs definitely had to have come from a microwave, and you had to shovel thru the sauce to find the ribs. Without a doubt the nastiest meal I've gotten in Georgetown. IT WASN'T COVID THAT TOOK THE CUSTOMERS, IT WAS THE FOOD,!! But at least my server was friendly? (Wife says after I rant I must say something nice.). Where's Gordon Ramsey when you need him???

Went in for steak or prime rib were told they no longer serve these and are mainly a chicken place. It's old ,antiquated, like many other places can't find help,our server was great and the manager I suppose does the best she can with the low budget corporate gives her to operate on, we were there at 7 on a Friday night and it had only about 6 tables with customers, just needs updated and more help for certain.

I had an amazing experience this evening. It was our anniversary and the food was delicious. The manager Jessica made sure everything was perfect. She even decorated our dessert plates. Could not have been a better meal and experience. Steak was perfect. Drinks were fantastic. Service was wonderful. Thank you jessica!
