Very rude hostess and questionable manager. Would never recommend. Again, why do these people want tips at the counter - yes, they got a tip. $50 for a pick two for two people should possibly include a 1/2 cup of coffee(??) maybe - if you paid for other drinks and didn’t get them. You cannot trust that your own review is what you wrote. I originally gave a one-star and it showed in the review as a five-star. There were two people, not one.

"This is so unhealthy," said one of the girls packing my order while I was standing right in front of her. Two bagels and a charged lemonade? I never said anything like that while ringing up my customers with 12pks of Mountain Dew and 3 different candy bars. I normally don't complain about customer service because as a customer service worker I get it but that made me feel really bad because I have an eating disorder. I just gave both of them to my husband. Thanks.

The food is standard good Panera bites. However, the service needs a lot of work. They're always friendly, but they have no sense of customer service. Five of them will stand around chatting non-business while customers are waiting, and they get orders wrong a lot. It's also reflected in how dirty they'll leave the dining area at times. Good food, but they need their butts kicked.

I pick up leftover bread for the Amen House weekly. Panera Bread is a great partner for the hungry people of Scott

I was traveling thru from a long weekend in red river gorge needed a really good coffee, stopped here, and had the BEST latte extra shot expresso 20 Oz. -Of course, I got a sweet treat and some warm autumn squash soup. The service was MOST EXCELLENT!! If I lived in this area, I'd probably be here daily!!!

I was a little disappointed. I walked in tonight, wanting to buy a big enough salad to feed 12 people. You guys couldn't do it, but yet you could prepare two salads for me.

Traveling through Kentucky and stopped by this Panera. I got a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. My almond chicken salad sandwich was all lettuce and tomato with what looked like a small spoonful of the chicken salad. I love Panera but this one was dirty and didn't look well kept. I do not recommend.

We haven't been in Panera for quite some time, and my wife had a taste for their broccoli soup. She enjoyed it quite a bit, but my turkey sandwich was underwhelming. I think we enjoyed the atmosphere as much as anything. The dining room was quiet though there were several groups eating, dim lighting an NO TVs glaring down on us. We'll probably visit again.

Good food love the healthy options, just shocked by the amount it costs every time we go.
