It hurts to have to leave this review. I’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s. I grew up in Utah where they are everywhere. In Cincinnati we don’t have any stores. I called ahead but nobody was picking up. I tried to use the online ordering, but you have to be in person to use EBT, it’s the pandemic, I couldn’t use a card. I drove one hour to order and when I arrived, the store was closed, there was also a sign that EBT is down until further notice.I’ve been looking forward to trying this location since it is the closest to my house and I drive back and forth from Lexington frequently. I’m not sure if the store is permanently closed or if they just had a staffing issue today. It was closed at 6:35 PM with a sign saying it was open until 8:00 PM.When I arrived online ordering had been turned off. They must have closed while I was driving there.I’d be less upset if there was a sign explaining the early closure. If the machines were down or no staff that’s understandable. However there was no explanation.

They seem to mysteriously be closed at random times of random days. I’ve tried stopping in twice recently and they were closed, despite it being within the hours posted on the sign on the door.

I live in Central Ohio and Papa Murphy's has sadly been long gone from our area. I was on a business trip over the weekend and discovered that Georgetown still had a store. I stopped in and the employee was very helpful and friendly. I got a Papa's Perfect and Cheese Bread Wheel like we always did and made the quick 2.5 hour trip home and made it for dinner. It was SO GOOD!! My wife and I missed this pizza so much!

We love their pizza you can feed the family for cheap and even though I don't have EBT they accept it. They have specials every day of they week. The baking instructions are idiot proof and you don't need anything special to cook it comes with the pan.
