My hubby and my daughter had dinner here st about 8ish pm on 4/5/24. I just HAVE to brag on my servers! The food was good BUT the service was exceptional! The girl who waited on us was hilarious and sweet. She made the whole experience so much fun. I did not get her name unfortunately. She had to go on break and the new kid took over..first time on the floor by himself! He did a great job! Making sure we had refills and a giving us ETA on our food. The young lady came back from break and checked on us and asked how the new guy did because she wanted to give him positive customer feedback to boost his confidence. She laughed and joked with us made sure we had everything we needed. SHE NEEDS A RAISE IF POWERS THAT BE SEE THIS! this is the best service I've had in yrs and the most fun I've had at a restaurant!

I worked here as a shift manager and was fired for not helping a customer with a concern. I called today, I had placed an order for 22.90 with a remaining balance of .03 cents so they took 22.90. I called the store and spoke with the manager on call he said there was nothing he could do for me and said he had no order history. I Have proof of the bank statement from where the money was removed out of my account which will be provided below.

service was fine, but the water i ordered had a thick consistency, and upon a sip, it an egregiously milky flavor. I do not know what causes a milk flavor in water, but it has caused an IMMENSE distress among my crew of eaters. My munch squad was not pleased by the lack of quench in pizza huts milkish water. We will not make another visit, if for this milk problem is not resolved swiftly.-muncher #2Wheelchair accessibility: Muncher #9 suffered a seizure, likely due to the immense displeasure caused by the congealing of this “water” so to speak, he has suffered neck-down paralysis and will need a wheelchair. i suspect punxsutawney phil, our squads arch-nemesis, could have been behind this ploy to hinder our chowing proclivities. But I digress, the possibility that pizza huts thick and milky water could’ve been the culprit is quite frightening indeed..

Every time we go the dining room is closed. We confirmed the hours on the door, but on a Sunday at 3 PM, the doors were locked to the dining room.

The classic pizza Hut experience from my childhood :-). Everything was great, the only nuisance was the TV's.
They are running a barebones operation right now. No coffee or tea yet, but the food is as good as always.

Very poor customer service from employee as she had no engagement with the customers. If you wanted a refill, you had to take your cup up to the counter. The employee was grabbing cheese pizza by her hand and eating it behind the bar. There were roughly 10 patrons inside, and everyone had to wait for pizzas to come out for the lunch buffet as there was really none to be had unless you wanted old dried up slices. This was probably one of the worst run pizza huts I have ever been in over the years.
Ask for extra sauce and got none?
