milkshakes are great but…it says it is open on website til 7:00 but then i went there and it was already closed. if they update their hours they need to be correct.

Giving it an extra star for presentation but that's about it, the milk shake I got was called death by chocolate, I found it really difficult to eat without creating a giant mess, the cost of the shake was around 14$ which I think is too expensive for the experience, it takes about 6$ to make it and I would feel right paying maybe 9$ for it. There isn't anything special about the brownie it came with or the ice cream. I should have just gone to kroger and gotten a tub of bluebell, it would have been cheaper.

This review is for the new location in Lexington Green. We went to celebrate a tweens birthday, and were aware that the shakes are at least large enough for two. The shakes were good, and but the customer service was not so great. We were scolded several times by different employees, wrong spot to order ( wasn't clearly labeled) and another issue which I won't go into detail. Then we were told there would be at least a 45 minute wait to get our shakes. We had already promised the birthday kid a giant shake, so we were stuck. After we ordered, a gloved hand that had just handled money touched all the straws and all the spoons to give them to us. I really want to like this place, but if you are going to charge $15 a dessert, you need to up your customer service game. You are selling an experience. You may be really busy now because everyone wants to try it, but if you make people feel unwelcome they will not be back to pay twice as much for an ice cream treat. Just ask all of the other ice cream specialty places that close every year after they lose their new place popularity.

Ordered a strawberry cake for my daughters birthday and 24 different flavored cup cakes. The cake had NO strawberry flavor and the icing was not sweet icing that I had requested, not sure if it was some type of whipped or cream cheese, but the flavor was awful. The cup cakes were two flavors, chocolate and Vanilla. I could not give the left over cake and cupcakes away, I tried to get someone to take it home I hated to see $120.60 go to the trash can, but no one wanted it, so it went to the trash.I do not recommend this Bakery for cakes :(

Got to try the soft opening of their new location, which does not appear to be listed in yelp. The Cattywampus Station over at Lexington Green center is a great new spot and I'm so thankful to have had an opportunity to stop by. We tried the birthday and cookies n cream flavored shakes and they were both very tasty. The cupcakes on top were my absolute favorite. So soft and full of flavor...to be honest I would have been completely satisfied with just those. I was a little underwhelmed with the shakes as the ice cream was not my favorite. But it was still a very tasty treat and I definitely recommend. The business was very clean and staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a try!

Very disappointing. Showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after they opened. After having a conversation with the employee about how well the shakes would travel (she stated she could put the toppings on the side), I asked if they had any chocolate chip cookies. I was told, "No, once they're gone, they're gone." I then asked what they did have. She informed me she needed to check with "her" and came back to the window and told me they had nothing.......yes, nothing. Not sure how she would have prepared my shake topping on the side if they had nothing to sale me. Keep in mind this was not only 1 hour and 15 minutes after they opened, but it was in the rain. I might have understood the "nothing" if it had been a nice sunny day. Won't be back.

Went to sweet matriarch today to give it a try after seeing pictures of their amazing shakes! Absolutely was not disappointed! The milkshakes not only look amazing they taste amazing too! It was so hard to decide which flavor to get. I will say it took a little while for them to be made but you can't rush perfection right?

Absolutely delicious! Boyfriend and I stopped by while in town and enjoyed a Cookies and Cream Cattywampus Milkshake together. It was insanely good, and finished it in minutes! The cupcake and cookie on top added a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised that the shake was in a glass mason jar. Definitely will come back during the summer with friends. :)
