We were that around 2 ordered bbq ribs but were told that only had a half order... they were dried out and very hard. First time I was ever disappointed at Applebee's. The waitress was not friendly at all. Left very disappointed!

I am very disappointed. I went out to dinner with my fiancé and it took over an hour and a half to get our food (not including the long wait we had to do before we could sit down) When we finally did get our food it was cold and tasteless. People that came in after us were leaving way before we even got our food.

Applebee's in Glasgow has been one of my favorite places to eat and hangout for many years. I usually can sit at my favorite seat at the bar and have lunch, dinner, appetizers and drinks with many fun people (customers). I have come to know much of the staff and they treat me as a friend, They seem glad that I have shown up Many times my drink in on the bar before I sit down,I get fast service and servers, managers and bartenders always seem to stop by to say hello even when I am in a different area of the restaurant.I always have a great time when I am here. Good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to have a meal and meet up with some friends. Thank you.I will be back, very soon.
