Ordered a family meal plus 2 5-piece shrimp. Didn’t receive the shrimp and as I live quite a ways out, I called them. The phone was busy for the whole hour I tried to call. So I couldn’t complain that they messed my order up.

Fish was dry and had a weird taste. The hush puppies were smashed and disgusting. My baked potato was ok I guess. I asked for sour cream and got none. I got corn on the cob and it was so hard you couldn't chew it up. I would not recommend this place.

Most of the food was okay except for the green beans that had a lot of stems. The service was prompt, but the order was taken wrong. They forgot the butterfly shimp for my order and they didn't give us all the sauces we ordered. As for the building itself, the place was a mess. Under the large table was standing water and beside the drink machine was a short trash can and a wet floor sigh that remained there the whole time we were there. This used to be a training store.
Came through for some co-workers we hadn't been there in awhile ,due to the food not being cooked properly an old food that is left sitting for some time .Though it had been a year or more ,was in a hurry an they wanted fish so I tried the restaurant. Not by any means a good idea,with food that not only taste old,greesy, an the appearance of the food leaves one to realize quickly Not to consume. At this level they no it's nasty,it's easly seen.Theres never anyone eating in there,suppose that should speak volumes, without words needed.Though the gentleman working the drive thru was so sweet an nice .bless him. But would not recommend to a family.

0 stars if possible. Never had Captain D's never will again. Waited well over 30 minutes for food, they forgot part of the order. Get my chicken which is why the wait was so long and it wasn't fully cooked. Shrimp overcooked. Staff was RUDE just tossed my food on the counter. Never again. Oh and they put mac n cheese ON TOP of my coleslaw???

To be honest, this was the worst fast food experience that I have had in a long time!I was excited when my fiance's family invited us out to dinner for me to meet him for the first time. Fish sounded great, but from the moment I went to wash my hands, this place was not measuring up. There was no soap in either bathroom (so guess the employees just skip that part after a bathroom break)After waiting and waiting we finally got our food which was not fresh or even tasted like fish.But whatever I can Understand not meaning to, and let's fix it. The managers were beyond not helpful and did nothing to try to fix the remedy. By the end we got some untasty French fries in some fresh hot but weird fish... not cool captain d's

Sides were good, the chicken has this burnt crusty feel to it not sure if all captain ds are like it, but I could’ve got the same meal at the Walmart deli for half the cost with better chicken(not joking)

I've been givin the wrong order three times in a row. The wait time is ridiculous, the rice taste as if they poured a whole bottle of salt onto it and I found two hairs in my food.
