Pizza took an hour and 20 min to get delivered this past Wednesday night, the tracker app said it would be 30 - 45 min. I normally love their pizza there but it was cold when I got it, so apparently it was cooked long before it was delivered. The delivery guy didn’t apologize for the long wait or for the cold pizza.

I haven't bothered with dominos in over a year because of their terrible service the last time I ordered from them. Well I figured I'd give them a shot. Its been a while, maybe they've gotten new management or something. Wrong. I ordered at 6:03. I tried calling at 7:19 just to check up and see how much longer it'd be and called again a little after to try to cancel. Just a recording played both times and no one ever picked up. So I have to drive up there to cancel the order. Something they're used to apparently because they were actually relieved to cancel it and not have to make it. No apology for the wait or waste of time. I just quit a fast food a month ago and I took pride in customer service. It is so disappointing to see such low standards.

Ordered pizza last night it came in they didn't even cut the pizza it tasted so nasty we ate it because we were so hungry but my little girl woke up puking they gave her food poison and all of our stomachs hurt thanks alot for the food poisoning never will order from them again.

The last time we ordered pizza, it was like cardboard and hard to eat. We gave them another chance tonight…and…we waited 2 hours for pizza that was paid for in advance. I called twice only to be told “it’s on the way”. I had to get into my car, drive to the store, and ask for my money back. On top of it all…no apology. However, I did get a very bad attitude from the manager on duty and I got to hear her be extremely rude to a customer calling asking about specials. She may be having a bad night and I hope this doesn’t happen every day. For us, we will not be ordering any time soon.

Excellent pizza, fast service. When we got home and realized our marinara and dipping sauces weren't there, Matthew the manager was there to save the day. These five stars are for Matthew who definitely deserves a raise or a promotion if any of you corporate cats read this!!!!!
Good new stuffed pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. Need to remember next time order dipping sauce with it.

Was trying to order a pizza but it says on the app they don’t deliver today. I only have cash and nowhere else that tastes decent will deliver for cash. I’m not sure why they can’t deliver but I hope they resolve it soon.
