Honestly, this place is always pretty busy. But if you eat in, most of the time they're friendly. When I order to-go, I feel that the staff cares about my order. But, one time I went in and dined alone for lunch and was never served. I waited for a good 30-45 minutes and then ordered to-go. Been to this location twice now within a few days apart. The first visit was beyond awesome. Excellent service, excellent food.The second time wasn’t as good but we will still return. Much better than Olive GardenDietary restrictions: Gout friendly food

This was our first time here and we were nicely surprised by the food. Unfortunately, the service was less than desirable. The waiter did take our order from across the room and handed everyone their food to their hands rather than placing it in front of them. It really seemed we were more of a nuisance than guests. The ambiance was fine, hanging plants, very low music if any, Italian-ish.
