“We were from out of town and put in our to go order. The server told my husband the order wasn't checked in and that's why he had to wait for his food. But the food was really terrible, and had spent time under the heating lamp and wasn't edible. We were starving and I called the manager (Dan I believe) and explained the situation. I could tell they were very busy but he politely asked what he could do to fix the problem for me. I asked if he could remake the order and they did. And the food was great the second time. Great hospitality and our family really appreciated it! Would definitely recommend!“
“Stopped along our 1500 mile trip to stretch and just drove past the mcds and the other burger places to find this little hidden gem. So polite. Just wish it was a little more traveler friendly. But I understand why not. We can be annoying lol. Ice cream 5⭐ coffee 5?“
“This Sonic is in a gas station, and they seemed pretty under-staffed. We had an order for 4 people, and it took a long time to get it, but everything was accurate and tasted good.Parking: Parking lot is for the gas station so it can get crowded.“
“So I ordered a pint of ice cream and a 5 piece chicken tender through door dash. I was very pleased with the food but the ice cream was literally liquid. So I called the store to ask them about it and hacen the manager answers EVERY question and addressed EVERY concern! She never got upset or angry she just figured out how to make things right! Love it and will go here over and over again!“
