The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Service was quick. The diningroom was closed but the weather was nice so we sat outside in the vehicle to eat. Only drive thru customers can order right now.

Went there tonight to get some food,every time we go there there fries are never fresh,there cold and when we get the fish it's not even hot,we only live 10 min away,so they need to start making there food fresh and not hand out left overs,also tonight got 2 sides of Cole slaw and it was only half full,usually it is full so we were not happy with our order,and we will be going some place else

Staff was rude, prices were. Very high considering we got 2 price of fish per basket, plus French fries, and 2 hush puppies, no drinks and no sides. Wouldn't recommend you go there unless you like paying high prices for 2 pieces of fish, only thing good was the food was hot and tasted very good, I know I am retired and on fixed income but almost $ 15.00 for the food was just way too high for a fast food restaurant.

Let me tell ya what, i hadn't had A&w since the 1 by valley village closed down, and boy was it a treat!! I was in Glasgow amd i was starving, it must have been " every1 go to town day" cause every fast food joint had a line a "country mile" long so i seen the LJS sign 1st and wen i tiened into the parking lot and seen A& W i got excited, cause ot had been a minute since i had A&W and i wasnt disapointed, freekin awesome, i got me a gallon of root beer for the drive home...mmmm mm mmmmm, delicious.i even went back through and got an order of fish n chips from LJS..customer service was top notch, very friendly group of folks...keep up the good work...A+

Rude waitress with a terrible attitude. We were standing there waiting to order but she clocked out right in front of us instead of waiting on us. No one else came to the front to wait on us so we left.

Im very disappointed in this visit to the glasgow long johns. While the drive thru girl was very kind, both of my orders were missing the hushpuppies. & the fries tasted like they were out for awhile. While i usually go to long johns a lot, i was very upset. & when i tried to call it kept saying the line was busy. & i tried to call several times.
