Marco's is great. The only thing is that you have to know what you want and mean it 'cause you may think you want something extra and try it and find out that it ruined your pizza. With all the toppings they offer, its quite easy to do. I like to try new things and there's nothing wrong with it. Just know what you like when you go. The staff is better than ever before. A small group of hard working individuals drive this place into the future of pizzerias and an efficient economic company of value. I love this place.

Was hired on as a full time shift leader on 11/22. I have not missed any work, been late or anything. The manager Emily combs had commended me on my work. They had me doing deliveries my first night, no training no explaining and by myself. I documented all addresses, all times it took me to get to and from costumers houses, and have everything electronically documented. This place needs to be shut down and the manager fired! My other account was blocked for saying the truth. The food is horrible they treat some of the employees like trash, they are horrible to costumers and they like to threaten you with attorneys over any reason. (I have proof of this).

Most disgusting food place I have ever eaten from, the manager Emily combs is an absolute dumpster fire of a manger there. How this place is still in business I’ll never know. She’s buddy buddy with some chic there named Danielle too who’s had multiple complaints about being racist and it just so happens my boyfriend is biracial and treated like s**t for no reason. Do not trust these people.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7 pm. Estimated delivery 9:15?!? Huh? Update- never showed. No refund. They straight up stole my money. If you like spending $30-$50 for absolutely nothing, you might like this place. If you want to eat pizza though, you’ll have to try another pizza joint.

Marcos has been steady my favorite pizza place until this time, I ordered cinnasticks and a bacon and ham pizza, the cinnasticks had NO icing with them, the pizza was absolutely awful, overcooked on one side, as well as most of the toppings, don't know if I'll be back after this to be completely honest.

I tried Marcos a couple of months back and they messed my entire order up it was still edible so I didn't fuss I just didn't go back. That is until today I tried to give them another chance and again the order is messed up half of it was not edible. I am not happy at all.

Thought we'd give them another try after a not-so-good experience a few years ago. Ordered our pizza and wings before 6pm online and paid in full, including tip for delivery. Never received update on their "Track Your Order" so at 8pm i called to check on the status. After 20 minutes on hold we decided to drive to actual store to see what was going on. When we walked in we were told they were just slammed, phones down, computers messed up. Amazingly manager was able to pull up our order when we asked for refund. Horrible customer service! Why continue to accept orders if they cant fulfill them? Kitchen was disgusting, never again!
Very satisfied with the customer service today 11/7/21. The blonde haired lady at the register today was extremely nice and helpful. Also the pizza and cheese bread tasted great. Will definitely be back here again.

I ordered pizza online for delivery but I got a notification saying my pizza was ready for pickup. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then I hung up and kept calling. I still could not get someone on the phone. So I had someone else try to call from their phone while I kept trying to call and both of us kept being left on hold. I would like to get my money back seeing that I still have no pizza.

After the 4th time at window he said " its coming out the oven right now" I said " ok,you like for me to pull around front there is another car behind me?" Worker said "yes please, I'll bring it to you" WAITING WAITING WAITING....its NOW 6:00 The delivery girl made 2 runs . Second time in I stopped her and said " forget my pizza order I've been here 40 mins when I had an online order that was suppose to been ready at 5:18!!! I understand short hand but don't lie to me and have me WAITING for something thats not even been fixed!!!.#ValuableCustomerNotHappyAnymore
