Lady by the name of Chasity was extremely rude. Went to pick up my daughter app order took over 40 minutes to come through on top up she was extremely rude. I don’t believe people should work in customer service when they treat the customer so rudely the lady is not nice and if you’re having a bad day, you should not work at McDonald’s where it’s supposed to be a happy place.Parking: To congested

They never get the special orders correct so if u want a burger just like it comes there ok but not great but don't ask for no pickles ur getting extra every time and they also never remember the straws and napkins in the drive

great service from Braxton smith. Fast service and the food was very fresh. the food got delivered out very fast. We were very comfortable where we were sitting and the table and chairs were clean.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks they forgot 1 sandwiches took 3 tries to get it ordered. They were very slow and business was very light only like 3 cars.

Around 6pm Sunday 19 I visited the Glasgow, Ky McDonalds. I ordered inside for a to go meal for 4 people.The counter/ order taker was the nicest and friendly, and helpful fast food worker that I had the opportunity to interact with.I’m sorry I do not know her name but she was very helpful and courteous.I wish I knew her name and I would ask management to pay her a special award.It was a large order and she got it right. That alone was unusual.
