I went today and I checked the lid on one of the Parmesan containers and it had mold on the lid. Also someone I know’s pizza had no sauce on it and was dry. One of the workers also didn’t give me all of my cash back.

7/16/2023 I ordered CHEESE breadsticks and a large pizza online. I received it with very little or no cheese on it. This is NOT the first time this has happened! Will not order it ever again. Papa John's got the BEST one in town! Pizza Hut could improvise but apparently they don't care.
It was okay, food a bit over cooked, seemed to be a bit short on staff.

Went with my family and some friends. Waiter was super super nice. He asked if our kids could eat sweets, and gave us a free order of brownies. Then, to apologize for the drink situation (they had very few options and no cups, which was fine because we only wanted water), he did not charge us for drinks and even gave us a discount. He was also just very pleasant. Came back often enough to ask if we needed refills, but not so much that we felt uncomfortable. It was a great experience.

Their pizzas I believe in sometimes ovens can get too hot or ingredient or 2 can be off but when not only have I ordered an tried to give them 3 chances as well as 6 different of my family members who also complained to their so called Xtra cheese is barely any cheese ur jst getting charged for it,the pizza is mostly too dark an dry. I always ate from pizza hut in indpls but this 1 I can see why their parking lot stays empty. If just try to do everything professionally an cook it like they was cooking for their selves my family, friends an I'd be back 3x wk.

The food has really went down hill and the prices for what they charge you aren't worth it for the quality of quantity. Cheese sticks were hard and way over seasoned and the medium pizzas were super small.
