I had an order mess up a while back that they offered to correct, and even did so about a month later. The guy who did, Mr. James, was working alone, ( other than one other employee who was unloading truck ), the other 3 called out. James was still very fast with our orders and extremely calm for someone who was alone. If you see this, James, you're very appreciated. Thanks for your work, even with your dislocated shoulder.
First order was good, all I got was a drink and the manager was friendly. I then created an account after getting the app and saw I could get a free apple pie, so i did just that. I went to the counter about 3 or 4 minutes later and asked the young lady at the cashier if it was ready yet and she didn't even know it was ordered and then asked me why I didn't just come up and order it at the counter. Oh well.. I'll still eat here again but that was a tad bit annoying

I stopped at Popeyes to get a blackened chicken sandwich because my husband has told me that it wasn't fried and that it was really good.
