We sat down and at first had no service. But a cook took our orders. When our cook came, the service was amazing. The food was amazing. He even brought us our chopsticks, and put the extra food in a seperate box for us. Very friendly, and joked with us too. Amazing!!

Gross hair in the food. Called it out and got a remake, didn't even ask if we wanted it, or take off the check. Host mumbled, servers were inattentive, we were literally the only customers there. Staff were too busy gossiping with each other to pay attention to their customers. Won't be back. Ever.

The food was cooked very well and the filet was spot on good. Unfortunately they stopped doing and knife flipping anf fire bursts and all the fun I was really looking forward to. Hope you can bring this back someday soon. I wont be back until you do so please let us know when you do.Parking: Get ready to walk up quite a hill to get into the restaraunt.

Today we decided to take our friend out for a Japanese meal and to celebrate my son’s girlfriend’s Birthday, along with my Granddaughter! Service was quick and Wonderful. Food was Amazing! Never a bad experience at Shoguns!

We sat in the regular dining room and ordered Pork Ramen, California rolls, Pork Belly, and Crab Rangoon. The service was very slow, taking roughly 10 minutes to get drinks and roughly 35 minutes to be served our food. The pork belly and rangoon were great. The sushi was okay. It tasted fine but wasn't rolled very well. The ramen was the biggest disappointment of the meal. Completely flavorless. The noodles were a bit mushy and the pork was weirdly dry and tough. I was also never offered a refill for my drink even though it almost finished before the food even arrived and completely finished after the first few bites. Our bill came out to $65 before tip. I probably would not come back to this place unless we really wanted to try the Hibachi Grill experience.

My go-to for a special meal. Food is incredible, service and atmosphere are top-notch. Never had a bad experience here. It is a bit pricey, but again, they've never let me down.
The 2 chiefs were amazing and the bartender was great. Would of been if my order of chicken yakitori.

One of the best Hibachi spots I have been to!! The chef was fun and light hearted...tossed food into our mouths, joked and enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him. The food was DIVINE!! I will definitely go here again the next time I am in Columbia KY (Glascow is abt 30mins away but there's not much in Columbia)
