Food was fine but service was horrible! The very famine young man was very rude and treated us as if we were bothering him to take our order. Seem to be inconvenient to him as customers. Staff needs to go thru customer service class along with miss me with your attitude cause your having a bad day princess tutorial. Mens bathroom was disgusting along with toilet paper all over woman's bathroom, trash over flowing in lobby onto the floor and out of pepsi!

The restaurant was not very clean. It was worn down, but overall needed a good cleaning. I had never been to a White Castle before, so I ordered the of the 10 cheese slider packs. The burgers were so so, nothing to write home about, but good enough to eat. The service was mediocre. No hello....no thank you. They just threw the bag of burgers on the counter when the order was completed. Wasn't a big deal, just off putting. Probably won't go there again primarily due to the cleanliness of the restaurant.

We love white castles. We got a little aggravated because it took so long to get out order thru drive thru but came to find there was only 2 employees working. You would think that as much business they get they would make sure they had plenty of employees working. Will we go back again? Most definitely will.

Walked in and there was 5 people cooking and running the drive thru window. Approached the counter and all 5 people saw me but non acknowledged me. The manager finally turned and asked what I needed after 10 minutes of standing there leaning on my cane.

I'd give this a half star if I could. Ordered a crave case, half of the burgers were still frozen and the other half were missing pickles and onions. The staff was somewhat nice. But won't be eating there again.

White Castle, oh beacon of late-night cravings and slider sanctuaries! ??Allow me to serenade you with a lyrical ode to those tiny, onion-kissed wonders:The Slider Symphony: Picture it—a Castle-shaped restaurant, bathed in neon glow. And there it is, the humble 100% beef patty with its trusty sidekicks: onions and a pickle. The Slider, they called it. But oh, it was more—a symphony of flavor, a pocket-sized marvel. ?Burger Rescues: White Castle, the unsung hero of hunger emergencies! Whether you need salvation from a midnight snack attack or a lunchtime crisis, they’ve got your back. One burger? Sure. A hundred burgers? Absolutely! They’ll save you from the hangry abyss. ?Fries, Friends, and Flavor: But wait, there’s more! Their fries—golden, crispy, and seasoned just right—are like edible confetti. And the service? Phenomenal. The employees care if you like your food or not. It’s like having a food-loving fairy godmother. ✨Deals and Delights: White Castle knows how to woo us. Sales, discounts, and deals—they’re like love letters to our taste buds. Buy one, get one? Yes, please! They’ve turned fast food into a romance novel. ?Fountain Drinks Nirvana: Ah, the fountain drinks! White Castle’s Coca-Cola is the stuff of legends. The syrup-to-carbonated-water ratio? Perfectly balanced, like a tightrope walker in flavor town. It’s never too sweet, never too watery—it’s the elixir of joy. ?Managerial Maestros: Let’s give a standing ovation to the manager and the assistant managers. They orchestrate this burger ballet, ensuring every bite is harmonious. Their secret ingredient? Passion. And maybe a dash of pickle juice. ?So, fellow burger enthusiasts, heed my call: Go forth to White Castle! Whether you crave one slider or a hundred, whether it’s rain or shine, let the scent of grilled onions guide you. And when you sip that perfectly chilled Coca-Cola, know that you’re sipping from the fountain of fast-food dreams. ?White Castle: where cravings meet community, and every bite is a mini adventure. ?❤️

I was very disappointed. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were very little decorations to even let you know it was Valentine's Day. In the past the tables were nicely decorated and some things hanging around the restaurant this time you would hardly know it. Honestly, it seemed just like another night. We had a server that came to our table, took our orders and brought the food to us. She did very well, considering her level of experience.
