We stopped by this place on our way to Carter Caves and the whole family loved it. Even our kids who are picky eaters lol. If you are anywhere close to Ruby's, it's a must stop.

This little place is a hidden gem. In the backwoods of Eastern, KY you can't get much more "down home" than this place. Atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. Toys for kids to play and a Pac-man machine for the older folks. Food was great and we were even offered an amazing looking donut they make fresh on the way out the door. Little hidden gems like these are hard to find, and even harder to keep open. If you're near, please stop in and support this family business!

4/22/22 food was amazing. Prices are very good.very friendly staff. I had there special of the day pork street tacos they were very good. Handmade onion rings very chrispy. Mozzarella sticks were homemade and delicious. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger was very fresh. He also had loaded fries with pulled pork.topping werevery plentiful and we're amazing.

Food is top notch, whole family got different meals, all were very good. I had the homemade chicken and noodles. Very clean and the staff is so sweet and down to earth. Oh, and I found out the cook graduated culinary school! Can't wait to try more of her creations!

Great pulled pork! Juicy, tender and flavorful. House spicy BBQ sauce was on point. Baked beans was complimented the pulled pork sandwich perfectly.

It’s a nice place with interesting decor. They have a daily menu instead of a constant one. When they run out of something, they cross it off on the chalkboard menu. Our party didn’t like the paninis. and I saw they are scant with the filling. They don’t have gluten free items, so I didn’t try one. The town is currently down to only a few choices, and this is one of the better ones.
