“I have loved visiting J & H Bakery ever since I was a little girl. I'm 34 years old and it's still my top favorite! Very friendly staff and a great variety of baked treats. I have tried their cakes, cookies, doughnuts, pies, just about everything they make and I haven't found anything that I didn't like! If you haven't been, I recommend you to give it a try, you won't be disappointed!”

“This is a national guard Defac, the workers are contracted to do what they do, a bunch of older ladies that work harder than have the people leaving the bad reviews. Never have an issue with any of the food, yes it is “Army” food, and they do their best to clean it up. Salad bar could definitely have more to it.Vegetarian options: You’ll get vegetables.”

“We waited a good 30 minutes for our stuff. And It was wrong. But I was not mad. There was only 2 people working because they were severely understaffed and the whole entire lot was full. The fact they pushed through and didn't just quit is commendable. They worked their butts off and was getting out food as fast as they could considering the circumstances. And they were still being polite and kind to people fussing and being impatient towards them for matters that we're out of their control. I don't know the two who were working tonight, but they truly deserve a raise, some appreciation, and a vacation!”

“I hadn't been to a McDonalds since I was a kid (long time ago), but I was pleasantly surprised to taste a double quarter pounder with bacon. It was quite good.I would only say that the French fries at McDonalds seem similar to computer generated images of food because the fries are so similar to each other and uniformly colored that they seem like a render as opposed to what normal potatoes do in a frier (which is to turn brown)Overall, we were impressed with McDonald's, but one big down side was the ketchup and salt are hidden behind the counter and customers have to keep asking to get materials.”

“In town with my Dad for a family reunion so I did a search for coffee shops and because of the review saying the best in the state I had to stop. I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler as an iced coffee which was yummy. As I waited for my beverage I looked around at the decor which was super cute and we'll done. Ethan brought me my beverage which I thought was really nice. Before we left I looked at the display case again. On our way out Ethan said it looks like you really want some pumpkin roll. He read my face well which I love going to shops where the barista are tuned in like that.”

“Hidden gem close to the WK with tasty home cooked meals. We were immediately greeted and sat where ever we liked. We ordered western omelets and biscuits & gravy with a side of grits. Everything was hot and fresh, brought out quickly and it was yummy! We highly recommend and would stop again on our next trip through western KY!”

“#1 of McLean county for pizza. I love the fact that it's ran by a preacher and his family of the church next to it. Before they opened it, they did research of other pizza places in the county. They did research to make sure they offered the best prices and best quality. Their research made then able to be the best. If you buy from them you'll know this is going to always be facts. Their not just about profits unlike most businesses. Profits are their least worry. Their more about providing the best service overall. I am a critic of any place I shop from. If I say they are worth all 5 stars then they are.”

“The line was to the door when I got there. Those girls were working hard and it was easy to see that they should be hot and stressed. But they greeted me with a smile. Their teamwork was obvious and management should be very proud of them. People kept coming in and they still had a line of people coming in when I left. “This place has been around for years. I remember eating there back when they first opened and I wasn't really impressed at the time, but recently I've gone back. Twice in the last week. The food is absolutely amazing. The orange chicken plate is phenomenal. Sushi is great. Service is great. To top it off the prices are also affordable. You can't really go wrong eating here.
