We were driving through and decided to stop—boy, big mistake. The girl who took our order very much acted like she could care less, AND, had chewing tobacco in her lip! Staff was rude, whispered to each other; even cursing. All of our drinks were wrong, too. All around, a shame.

When I first heard about Starbucks coming to food city within hazard I was very excited. I absolutely love Starbucks and I have been to many within all different types of cities. For months this Starbucks location and its employees have failed to make quality drinks. The workers typically seem abrasive and make the drinks in a careless fashion. I understand that places can be short staffed but it’s no excuse to have a bad attitude. For example, I once ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with water, (No coconut milk being that I’m allergic) and my drink came out being made with coconut milk. I nicely stated this to an employee and they rudely picked the drink up and harshly dumped it out without even an ounce of apology. I am not the type of person to complain but after paying $7 for a drink I’d like to actually enjoy it and maybe not have an allergic reaction. When comparing this location to one such as London, as that location has a whole lot more customers and they never miss a beat it makes me very disappointed to think about the quality of service the hazard Starbucks currently has.

I go there at least twice a week and for the past 5 months or so, about 50% of my visits were unsuccessful due to them being out of items to make drinks I ordered. They have been out of coconut milk, lemonade, peach mix or green tea. They never have no vinti cups. I love the product when the items are available when I order my drinks.

Out of just about everything havnt been able to make hot drinks for several weeks I stop every Sunday after church this past weekend made 7 weeks in a row I could not get my hot caramel
