Although my experience was not at the restaurant. I was stranded at the cincinnati/northern Kentucky Airport with the family. Made a call to LA Rosa's and they came through big time!! They delivered everything I order to the airport and family happily enjoyed the delicious food. So grateful ?

Ive worked for a few pizza places and this Pizza taste like a box with sauce and toppings. And everything comes frozen. Also when i was employee there it took them five weeks to pay me my first check and had trouble getting paid...management isnt great. If you want good salad just go to olive garden ?
I was stuck in KY for the night before I came home. I took the recommendation from the front desk clerk at the Hotel. I got the usual (pepperoni and mushroom) and it was great. I was prepared for a regular pizza crust but they surprised me with a more thin crispy crust. The pizza was smaller that I was thinking for a Medium but it filled me up.

Disgraceful! LaRosa's is Cincinnati's #1 Pizzeria and Italian restaurant. A experience like this is extremely uncommon. Normally I would only have the best things to say about LaRosa's, they have been one of my favorites my entire life. They had the order wrong. Instead of the salad we ordered we got 2 packets of salad dressing. So we had to wait for the salad to be made and got no discount. The pizza was my main problem. It was over cooked, had very little sauce, and just flat out disgusting. Hebron LaRosa's, shame on you!

My wife and I were traveling through and needed a place to eat later at night. It was one of the few places open, and it was great pizza.
There was no background sound during our latest visit I believe they are remodeling but it was off-putting overall for the atmosphere at the time.

Ordered delivery. Arrived timely. Food undercooked and sitting in grease. Called general number spoke to supervisor (not at store) and order remade 65 minutes went by and remake never arrived. Supervisor called store. Store manager stated order was out for delivery. Delivery driver called 5 minutes later stating he had not left yet because they were busy. Again called supervisor line who called the store for a refund. Manager reported he was too busy to come to phone for a refund. Advised to go to store for refund. Went to store, manager standing at front of store and acts like he had no clue what’s going on. Paid by card, but they couldn’t refund card so they gave me cash. Wasted 2+ hours and too much money on this place. Would highly avoid.

We came with a very large group knowing the location was short staffed. They killed it best they could. Just be patient, and you’re experience will be fine.
