Adam and Clay were great They served an excellent sandwich, hot and juicy ! My steak sandwich was the best sandwich I ever had at Penn Station. I have never gotten a bad sandwich at Penn Station, but this was the most meaty and cheesy one yet. Great job !

Wow what a disappointment this location has turned into, stopped by for dinner at the Hebron Ky location 11/30/23 at 6:15 PM and the place was absolutely trashed. Napkins and straw and other items all over the floor both trash cans overflowing the ketchup dispenser was out none of the tables were actually clean other than what the last person sitting there wiped off and to top it off both our chicken teriyaki sandwich’s showed up with no mushrooms or the onions it was supposed to have. If this ownership cares this little about cleanliness it’s probably best you find somewhere else to eat.

Half the guys didn't wear gloves (one was snotty and wiping his face on his shoulder) and didn't know how to make the food. The service was super slow, and we watched one person make our sandwich which was supposed to be a wrap, into a sub. And when we said it was supposed to be a wrap he just told us it was. Lol won't be

Don’t answer the phone a when you come in to get food they are just rude they don’t listen to what you want on your food. They turn their grill off 20 minutes before they are supposed to. Shift managers are about the worst I’ve ever come in contact with.

who makes food daily at a "fast food restraunt" and doesn't wear gloves when prepping or making the food. actually disgusting watched a dude on shift make 6 different sandwiches before even washing his hands and continued to see him make subs without gloves.

I online ordered from Store 223 in Hebron KY, the sub was well made but I ordered a medium size fry and the guy didn’t put hardly any fries in the cup. I noticed it after I got back to work. I’m not happy and I will look next time I order, shame on you Penn
Service is great. The gentleman named Caleb was very speedy and made my order perfectly. There was a kid i believe his name was Luke. He kept pinching the other co workers and was being very rude.

Food Always good. Service was extremely slow. Employees just laughing, talking and walking with zero sense of urgency. I have to also question the cook's beard. Extremely large bushy beard uncovered. I just don't believe that over an entire shift not one single hair falls on people's food? Impossible

Awful! Ordered a large. but got ingredients for small. Mostly all bread! Also, fries were mostly crumbs. I definitely don't recommend this location. Overrated and overpriced!
