sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before someone took my order. nobody is inside or in the drive thru. guy who took the money was decently friendly but the girls up front didn't say a word. I don't live in Henderson but I know I'll never stop at this burger King ever again

Store isn’t even busy and they catch a attitude because I refused to pull out there driveway while waiting on food because no one was in there driveway and they want to keep times down I don’t recommend eating here unless u want to wait forever to get nasty food!

There was hair in my food and I showed it to the manager and she wasn't very nice to me about me asking for a refund but i will say if your going to promote young people to managment then you need to teach young people how to properly engage under stressful situations and have an attitude only causes someone to get defensive if I didn't have knowledge of what was going on things would have been blown out of proportion with another customer leading to yelling and screaming but lucky I know how to deal with teens which is how the manager was acting a bratty teenager when I asked for a refund because not only did I have hair in my food but nobody's hair was not at a proper length and I'm pretty sure hair nets should have been required when I received my drink the led was not on all the way and spilled on me and on my white shirt after I told the lady in drive I did not want red spilled on My white shirt and if she could please wipe the side of the cup off I felt like the the matter should have been addressed to the employees to be more aware and precautions should have been taken instead when i was trying to be nice about the situation I was given an attitude from the manager when I had hair in my food

DRIVE-THRU attendant was friendly enough. Wanted to try the ghost pepper chicken fries...they were bogus for even sending them out. This was a 4 piece. Old, stale and extremely hard.

The workers were friendly. We did have to wait quite a while in line to order. But sadly when we got home they didn't give us one of our sandwiches. It was frustrating because it was the most expensive sandwich we ordered and instead they substituted it with the a chicken wrap that just happens to be on sale for under $3. We were also tired and live all the way on the other end of Henderson so we didn't go back and have them fix it.

Ordered online, (no cars in the drive thru) pull up to the drive thru to tell my order#, go to first window for my receipt, go to second window where they proceed to hand me drinks- have to ask for a cup holder (I am not sure why they think you can hold several cups without one), they put my drinks in a cup holder and immediately asks that I pull up and park. Not one car in the drive thru but mine and the car they parked in front of me. They bring my food out, and still no other cars in the drive-thru. No one asked if I want sauces or anything so I have to pull back around (still no cars in the drive thru) to the window to ask and the first window tells me to go to the second window to get sauces. When did it get so hard to get "Fast Food"? It's no longer fast food at this point. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE ASKED TO PULL UP AND PARK. That is bad service.
