The food was good and the service needs improvement. I ordered for a friend on Friday and was put on hold for a really long time and then had to call back to place back on hold for another 8 minutes before I could even place the order. I guess it's better to order online because the service was better tonight.

I tried ordering through the Domino's website menu and for some reason, It wouldn't take my card or my wife's card. It kept saying cannot save information. I had almost a $100 order. So after 3 attempts I said forget the website. Then I called Domino's in Henderson Kentucky. I told them what was going on with their website and the woman that answered said. I'm sorry, but we have nothing to do with the website. That's really nice when they don't even know about problems being experienced on their own website or could even do anything about my problem. The woman then asked if I wanted to do a pickup or delivery order, at this point I had already been dealing with the website for 30 minutes. So I told her I wanted to do a pickup order, she said the pickup order would be a hour and a half wait time. I said, " A hour and a half wait for a pickup order?" I then told her forget it and hung up the phone. The time I called her was on Friday night at 7pm. Back in the day, Domino's was the King of Delivery and take out....what happened guys? Thanks

The pizza and Parmesan bread bites were good, but service was very slow! Granted, it was New Year’s Eve night. I had called, but no one had answered the phone(apparently this has been going on for months now.). I ordered through the app as I always did, and I selected the now option. Paid through Apple Pay. It said my pizza was prepared, but a one hour wait time. That wouldn’t have been a problem, but one hour turned into 2 hours from the time I placed my order till the time I walked out the door with my pizza!! If they would have at least left a recorded message saying they were busy, that would have been fine. Then after it was done, they set my order on a shelf and I had to ask a delivery driver to give me my order. I had no way of knowing to order way ahead… The Henderson store needs new management or a new owner!

Pizza is usually really good, the phone lines are always busy or nobody answers it so might as well order online their website. Whenever you go in to pick up your order there's 6 people working most of them standing around I waited 45 mins and nobody ever answered so it surprised me when I saw that many people there supposed to be working. Another time I ordered online and called because I wasn't getting any updates on my phone someone actually answered we go pick it up and 1 person was doing it all by herself other than the delivery person taking orders out. Very surprised 1 person runs the store better than 6 people on a busy night. Didn't catch her name, but she did great! Also, one time, I came to pick up my pizza bunch of people standing around I was pregnant at the time and carrying a toddler and 2 boxes of pizzas back out to my car nobody cared to help me open the door.

If I could give zero stars on service I would. I ordered online through the app and while I was ordering it kept saying it would take 15 minutes for my order. When I place my order it had changed to 19 to 28 minutes which is fine it's Saturday night I understand. I had it marked where my order would be brought to the car so after 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside. (Also the tracker on my app suddenly kept saying order not found when it was time for my order to be up.)So I go inside to the counter where I was (rudely) told it would be another 20 minutes and I said I had already ordered online and I'd already been waited outside for almost 35 minutes ,To which she replied, well there's a whole list on the screen over there of orders and we have one oven...I've worked in restaurants all my life I understand things happen and problems come up but it's how you handle them and how the customer feels is what matters in the end and all I know is I sit there for an hour waiting for a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and the girl waiting on me could care less if I stood there another hour. Definitely won't be back there for a while, if ever... that was ridiculous.. oh yeah and not even an I'm sorry you had to wait or thanks for being patient nothing, just have a good night. Yikes!!

Drove to location while still holding on phone for 25 mins. Three people working, nothing is ringing. Pony tailed guy yelled that he’s not answering the phone when I asked what the problem was. It sucks I had to drive up here and now I don’t think this guy can handle the stress of making my order.

Waited 4 hours for my food which was never delivered. After 2 hours I called every 30 minutes. The manager kept saying she's new it's on its way. After 4 hours he said she left an hour ago with it. They tried calling her 3 times. She would not answer. So he said he refunded my money which I still have not received. Then said I get a large for free. So I ordered it today. Went to pick it up so I didn't have a delivery fee. I went to pick it up. Skinny white guy with ponytail was rude. I asked 4 times if it was ready. He was rude. And no pizza
