I mainly come here for caramel lattes. Iced or hot. For food, I really like the turkey sausage sandwich on a croissant. The service is usually timely in the drive thru and place is usually clean when I go inside. I use the app to order ahead sometimes so that saves time.

If you know me you know I have to have my Dunkin. They say America Runs in Dunkin but I run on Dunkinnnnnnn. LoL.This location was very easy to find as it sits on the main road. The store is very clean and vibrant. The best part about it is that you get to place your order at the Kiosk. Though I usually use the app, as the drive thru had a line I decided to go inside last minute.The staff is very friendly and all yelled “Welcome to Dunkin” as I walked in. The donuts looked VERY Fresh and my coffee was freshly brewed. I am so glad I found this location. As soon as I took my first sip I was in my zone of coffee happiness.Clean environment.Vibrant Ambiance.Friendly Staff.Fresh Coffee.All of the above highlights in conjunction with my perfectly crafted cup of coffee made this Dunkin stop Ahhhhhhhmazing!!Until next time, thank you to the Dunkin Staff.

I go here almost every morning but I genuinely am tired of ordering things and missing an item like I ordered a donut this morning and they forgot it and some days I’d get drinks and not get straws. These guys gotta start doing a better job or I’ll just head elsewhere.

This was the third and will be the final time visiting. I've not had an order correct yet. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on plain bagels. I received turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on croissants. On top of that, the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese portions were cut in half, so only one per sandwich. Chicagoland Dunkins use a whole portion of each. I think they are scamming their customers out of full portions. I also felt ill within 30 minutes of consuming. I feel bad for Henderson Dunkin patrons. This is not what brand should be.
