Unless you literally have a half an hour to kill, do not go through the drive thru. I have been setting in this line for 28 minutes. With all that extra time do you think they got my order correct? Not a chance. This place has gone downhill terribly bad. There was one gentleman working the drive thru and the counter inside. In his defense he was very friendly and was trying his best. I hate it for him.

Love most the food. Breadsticks are awesome. Service albeit a little slow but staff friendly. Food portions are good and food freshly cooked. For the $ it's well worth it. Would recommend this place.

Most depressing Fazoli's I've ever been to. Staff was ok I guess, more so had a problem with the food and drinks. Was given a Italian ice drink that tasted like chemicals and was half melted when they handed it to me, my plate was dirty I ordered Alfredo pesto, it had a dried crusted red sauce stain on it. Noodles tasted like that sat under a heat lamp or something. Garlic bread was half dough and had zero flavor to it. My mother's salad was mostly wilted. This sort of stuff is unacceptable. Depressing and disgusting experience here at this location.Spoke to the manager, she didn't have a name tag, was too busy on a smoke break to talk to me and when she did she was incredibly rude about everything.

Placed order online. Got to drive thru (the rest happened in literally 1 minute). They asked me to come in? Because order wasn't bagged???? I said no, I'm sick and don't need to be in the store. They said ok pull around. Had bag hanging out window when I pulled up. Strangest drive thru interaction ever. Then, get home 2mi away, cold food. Missing extra order of bread sticks, not cutlery. For the prices... they can do better. This is my second and last time visiting this location. It's not awful but it is ridiculous.
