I usually don’t go to Hardee’s for dinner, it’s their breakfast that always has us drooling. But we went to Hardee’s, ordered a couple of burgers and fries. And once we got home, realized our order was not right. I called back up and the manager took my name information and said they would make it right for me the next time I came in. we came back a few days later, and Shernoff they honored what they said, and got the burgers that we ordered originally. The flavor was great. The meal was hot all in all just a wonderful experience, and it’s good to see people stand behind their work.

Food was good pretty fresh. Driver girl was nice and friendly. Took longer to get through drive thru than I like but I don’t mind as much since the food was fresh.

The young white lady with glasses wavy hair in a ponytail who was bagging and calling out orders was exceptionally rude. As I was waiting for my food and ate my food I heard her call out multiple orders where she was basically yelling at people. Even elderly people who might take a few more seconds to walk up to the counter. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. No one wants to be yelled at, especially after waiting 30 minutes for your breakfast order. You might have the best breakfast in town, but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Waited 25 mins for food after ordering. None of the staff cared at all. It’s seemed to be fully staffed but orders took forever and there wasn’t a table in the dining room that didn’t need to be wiped down. Loud obscenities coming from staff joking around in the office heard from the dining room. Nothing there today made any sense. I’ve worked fast food in the past and I’d be ashamed to tell anyone I was part of that crew there. I love Hardee’s breakfast but I’ll not be back to the Henderson store, have serious issues from the top down.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any "restaurant". The employees don't care at all about getting things right and if they mess up your order (which happens over 50% of the time) they get angry at the patron. Today I ordered my usual with cheese...they got it wrong twice and then when I tried to return the biscuit for the 3rd time the "lady" at the window brought me a cold piece of cheese in a cup and said..."you wanted cheese, you got cheese" and then shut the window in my face. This place doesn't deserve to stay in business...and Henderson deserves better.

Went through the drive thru. Took forever. Ordered two small burgers, one with cheese and one without. They put cheese on both. Our burgers were cold. Pulled up to the window to pay and receive food and an employee was feeding himself fries from the fry station. Seriously so gross. Never coming back.
