I lost my appetite after trying to sit down inside with my family, and finding that EVERY table/seat/floor space was dirty with crumbs, grease and utensil plastic. This is inexcusable because the lobby was totally vacant. The first crew member I saw was leaning on the drive thru window on her phone, quickly standing up as I walked inside. Just a disappointment of a first impression altogether.

Food was fine. Did not much appreciate the dude eating a piece of pizza in the back while hovering over the guy that was putting our food together. Also, since it says in the bathroom that employees must wash hands, it might be helpful to actually have soap or sanitizer in the dispensers.

The food was fresh we got the KFC bowls and they was very good! We got 2 smashed bowls with nuggets to go and we had them for lunch the next day and they was also so good cant imagine what they would have tasted like right when we got them. We will be back.

Waited 10 mins for a lid and bag to leave after dining in and left empty handed. Tried opening a door to see if that would trigger a bell or notify a worker, nothing. Tried yelling "excuse me" "hello"... nothing. As we left we seen the workers out back.... ?

Ohh if I could rate 0 i would. This place is disgusting. Thurdsday Nov 2 come thru the drive thru ordered 12 nuggets, large mashed potatoes with gravy, large fries, small coleslaw and 2 biscuits. Kfc sauce with nuggets. I should have known better because I was the 4th car in line. After each car pull forwarded they had to get out and go in. This was FOUR cars in a row. I drove off after getting my order because i was on lunch break at work. I get down the road and feel like i better check it. Well thank god i did. What i received was a large mashed potaoes. NO GRAVY, NO BISCUITS, NO SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS AND A TINY BLACK CONTAINER OF 10 nugget crumbs along with an old hard dried out box of fries. These were not nuggets or fries. These were scooped up out the bottom and given to a PAYING customer to get the car out of the drive thru. $23 and nearly everything is missing and hard, old nugget crumbs. The owner of this location should be embarressed. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and never ever returning to another kfc again. Especially this one in henderson KY. You people are pathetic.Also to future customers and the OWNER of this location. Your manager with the afro this day Thursday Nov 2 between 6:50 and 7:10 took the nuggets back across the counter to give to ANOTHER CUSTOMER as I took them right back to get money back for those crumbs! Better check those cameras there BOSS!
