Came thru the drive thru was served raw chicken and then treated like I was trying to scam them out of free food within 5 mins of leaving there drive thru and calling I was given no receipt then when asked was printed a receipt for my replacement I was initially refused and was never spoken to by management when I arrived for the pick up will be calling corporate and possibly health code people in the morning over the raw chicken severed to me.

Got the newly brought back steak egg and cheese bagel its was absolutely horrendous it was SUPER dry and tasted like a hamburger definitely nothing like it used too .. Got told i could get a refund by the manager working then go to get it and the gm tells me im a liar and they dont give refunds!! Ill stick to making it myself next time ...

If I could give half a star I would. Tonight my husband and I come to the drive thru to get the new sauce he’s been hearing about. We ordered a 20 piece (which comes with 4 sauces) we asked for bbq and the new sauce which means 2 of each she rung the meal up with bbq then charged us for the new sauce, we also ordered a large drink but got rung up for a medium when we told the lady at the window she had an attitude about it, so we was like it’s fine, got the food and realized we didn’t have the sauce so we pull into the parking lot my husband went in to tell them we didn’t get any of the sauce not even the bbq, after sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes he asked for a manager, the manager came out being rude so of course he was rude back and told her if he couldn’t get any of the sauce give him his money back. They had a ride encounter with each other then she proceeded to tell them to leave her store while only giving him bbq sauce not even the new Sauce we had paid extra for. If they was out they could have said that instead of having an attitude because her employers wasn’t doing there job. The money isn’t even an issue it was the poor management poor service and how long it took someone to even acknowledge my husband before he asked for management. McDonald’s over all needs to do better!!!

On several occasions over the year(s) I’ve had the worst experience with mobile order, drive thru, curbside & carry out. Once resulted in them having to make my order over 5x and it still wasn’t correct but I had been there for almost an hour so I just gave up and took the L. Plus McDonalds makes it impossible to get any type of refund since you have to contact the local restaurant and the managers do nothing to help. This is my overall experience from several visits over the past year(s). The night time management seems to be even worse.

Took forever, got order wrong. When I went back with receipt they would only replace one sandwich cause it was 7 days prior that I originally got the food. I called when I got home I live in the country lady said bring reciept in and ORDER would be replaced. Never said I had a time limit. I guess if you live in the country and dont want to eat McDonald's more than once a week ..you aren't allowed to receive the order you paid them for

This place is just nasty anymore. The food was awful. We were asked to pull around to wait, and we did for 20 minutes. All we ordered were 2 breakfast sandwiches. The two vehicles behind us that pulled around got their food before we got ours. Finally, my husband had to go in. Food cold and very messy, the way it was thrown together was a mess. Asked for no cheese, got cheese anyway. While at drive through, we noticed how nasty the walls were. We will never go back unless this place gets better service help and cleans a lot.

GO TO 41!!! This McDonald's has the rudest employees & managers I've ever encountered. They will blatantly ignore you when you walk in to order. They put the most unfriendly person on the drive thru mic. Food is never fresh, only during rush hour. The fries NEVER have salt. Absolutely nobody here has any sort of professionalism. It's a terrible experience every time I go. Don't waste your time, just go to McDonald's on 41. You'll get way better service.
