When we lived here years ago this was the go to place for chili. Now...it tasted like canned chili. And it was so thick my spoon stood up. Yuck!!! Service was good though and it still had the same friendly atmosphere.

This is bar food at its finest. I hadn't been here since it changed ownership and had heard some good things about it.They were accurate. The burger was juicy and had great flavor. The bun was toasted just enough to have a slight crunch. Even the tomato slice tasted ripe (not easy to do in February)The fries were above average.We will definitely be visiting Metzgers again! This was the best burger I've had in Henderson.

Parking is around to the side and it smells like burgers from the street. Such a wonderful find! Its a little hard to find, but I'd be happy to recommend the place. The food is great, and the Metzger ale is good beer. I wish that it was closer to home!

They're bean soup is so good it reminds me of my grandma's. The prices are a little high. The chili was good but it was too thick. The cheeseburgers were good but I missed the old Metzger burgers.
