Last time waited 7 mins for blacken chicken to get nuggets. Then today ask for a plain sandwich and got double mayo and extra pickles. It’s not hard

Went to the drive through and had a horrid experiance. Worst of all of them. Ordered a 5 spicy tender with fries and a drink. The girl at the window kept saying "Size" over and over. We said large many and eventually she goes, "Siiiiddes" so fries. For context i had asked for a stawberry fanta and after 2 minutes of sitting we get the drink and its orange. I sit looking and at her and wave for her to get my actule drink when she had the audacity to go "Oh well were out of strawberry". So not only did she know, she willingly tried to hide that and not do her job properly by giving us what seemed like a orange hi-c.The food. We were handed a bag with 2 boxs. Now i would be like "oh strips in one and fries in another?" But i checked and nope. It was 2 3pieces, one with fries and the other mac n cheese. Genually... how do we confuse two orderes for 1?Went in and the guy on the register said they cant take what they gave is so we got that for free and we asked for our proper order but were not paying. The girl from the window went "Oh! Theres that order!", like really? You are suprised suddenly? She told the cook to remake it and he responded with a "oh i guess i will but they'll have to wait for me to make it. After this whole ordeal of poor work we finally got what i asked for.All of this just for one order. As someone who has also worked fast food the fact that they let drinks go "empty" without replacing the box is ridiculous. The girl from the windows actions are not proper for someone that wants to work window either.Honestly ruined henderson Popeyes for me for a good while

Very slow on making mobile orders. Shouldn't have to wait there 20 minutes after you arrive for an order already placed online.

Well, butter my biscuit, let's dive deep into the flavors of Popeyes, that Louisiana gem that's been tantalizing taste buds for years! Y'see, when you step into a Popeyes, it's like stepping right into the heart of the bayou – that rich aroma of spices and seasonings fills the air, and you know you're in for a real Southern treat. Now, the star of the show, without a doubt, is their crispy, golden chicken. Oh, lawdy, the way they marinate that bird and coat it in their secret blend of herbs and spices – it's like a symphony of flavors dancing on your tongue. And let's not forget them biscuits – light, flaky, and slathered with butter. If you close your eyes, you might just imagine you're sittin' on a porch, watchin' the sun go down over the Mississippi. But now, here's where the tale takes a twist. While the food itself is a slice of heaven, the service can be a bit hit or miss. Ya see, the folks behind the counter are hustlin' to get those orders out, and sometimes in the flurry, things get forgotten. So, let this be a friendly word of advice: before you leave that counter, take a good ol' gander at your order. Make sure them sides and fixins are all there, 'cause it'd be a real shame to get home and find out you're missin' a red beans and rice that you've been dreamin' about. But let's not dwell on the hiccups, 'cause the taste of Popeyes is a memory worth makin'. And if you're lucky enough to have a Popeyes with that drive-thru window, well, darlin', you've got a treasure in your hands. So, pull up, place your order, and then take a moment to savor the aromas that waft through your car – it's like a slice of Louisiana wrapped up in a paper bag.In the end, Popeyes is more than just a fast-food joint; it's a taste of Southern comfort that'll have you hollerin' for more. Just remember to keep an eye on that order before you head on home, and you'll be sittin' pretty, enjoyin' a feast that'll make you feel like you're right at a jambalaya cookout with good friends and good music.

Pulled to drive through 10 minutes before closing say long enough to be ready to order only to have the store close early. Wouldn’t normally complain but we drove out of the way to go to restaurant. Do BETTER, not for me, because I won’t be back!!!!

Waited 30 minutes for some ghost pepper wings after being told it would be 5 minutes. Staff is rude.
