Very friendly. Like a few male it appoint to say hello again. Share there self story's while you wait for your food. Didn't ask but one time was given senior discount cause I have White and grey hair.on a dad note, I have received hot food that was cold, 5 minutes before closing. I'd rather them tell me not to order something. Than to order it and get a bad product.

The cashier needs to listen to the customers or stop smoking weed out back of the restaurant. Smh! We had to repeat our order multiple times and had to repeat that our Diet Pepsi no ice was what was ordered and the cashier said we don't have Dr. Pepper. Huh? She gave us something in the form of a brown beverage but with ice! I am highly disappointed in this experience. I have my receipt and will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Made online order at 215 am for delivery. After waiting for our food for a delivery time of 35 min. Said food was still not picked up. After waiting on delivery to pick up food our delivery driver changed twice. And at 356am in which Taco Bell is open til 4am our said order was cancelled. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve dealt with in my life. So don’t waste ur time on making an online delivery from Taco Bell bc you will never receive it.

I just purchased a Power Bowl at the S. Green St. drive-thru. Upon opening it I found it had no black beans and no guacamole. It was mostly rice, lettuce, very little pick, and chicken. If they did not have all the necessary ingredients, they should have told me so I could order something else. If they did have the ingredients, they have a poorly trained employee. Either way, I overpaid for a poor quality product that did not match the menu description.

Great taste but have had 50/50 experience. The first time they forgot part of my order, and were very rude just having to take my order at all. Second time it was different employees and everything was perfect !
