Cool place nice staff, got the ribeye - overcooked. went back the next day just because I liked the place and got steak n chicken Fajitas - No searing heat from the plate like I witnessed the night before and why would they put Italian dressing on a plate of fajitas? everybody knows what Italian dressing is. wierd.
The service we got from Ron D. was great. He was attentive, concerned, and all-around pleasant.However, here's my BIG issue. I have autism as well as allergies. I'm thankful I took a couple of benadryl before coming in so that if something got messed up, it wouldn't be a huge issue.I am allergic to onions. I asked Ron for no onions. He told the kitchen this, and instead of them telling him to inform me there were onions already in the meat, they just made the burrito and sent it out. IF THERE IS A NOTE ON A DISH, YOU CAN NOT DO, YOU SHOULD LET THE SERVER KNOW! Had I not taken that benadryl beforehand, it would have been a big issue for me.But even if I had not had an allergy to them, my Autism was the main factor that messed me up with these dang onions! The onions could have been okay sensory wise had they either been fully raw or fully cooked. Instead, they were in a weird in between, which was a sensory nightmare for me. It's really crunchy on the inside and mushy around that. Almost like they put the onions into the fully cooked meat and let it just cook off the excess heat of the meat rather than sautéing them fully before adding to the meat.I'm not a picky person. Had this been explained to me prior to getting the dish, I wouldn't be writing this review at all. But since I wasn't, I'm here. Do with this info what you will.Dietary restrictions: Make sure to ask your server if something is cooked into the meats you are getting if you have any allergies. The kitchen will likely not let your server know before you've been served the food and taken bites of it.

Everything was very good. the cook they had the day we visited must be new, undercooked my sliders, as well as messed up my order entirely wrong fries, wrong toppings, etc. Usually though they are top notch. Server which is also the bartender was awesome as always.

We haven't eaten here in quite some time. It will be a while before we eat here again.Food: we had the bacon chessburgers which were frozen but still tasted OK. We asked for well done fries. These fries had to be baked in an oven. They were tough not crunchy.Service: Took us 3 trys before we found a seat that was clean and then only because the waiter cleaned it as we stood there.He checked on us a few times but didn't remove the empty chips and salsa bowl until the 3 trip. No water refills either.Atmosphere: Being in Tumbleweed was like standing next to the surface of the sun. It was so bright in there. It gave off a more diner feel than restaurant. Nothing wrong with that just felt like I was being misrepresented to.
